Great flavor in the steak and good ratio of nicely melted cheese. However, the portion of filling to bread was disappointing. There are lots of sub options to explore, only not sweet side is chips for $2.50.

So much meat on the subs! Bread is great and fresh and service is wonderful. Pricing is also very good and a generous military and veteran discount at 20%!!! Definitely stop in! Kids meal is beyond generous with all seen in pic at only $6!!!

Been here twice and will keep coming back. The cheesesteak sandwich the first time was great. Came back couple weeks later and had the spicy cheesesteak and it was even better! You can’t go wrong here if you have a craving for a cheesesteak sandwich.

Can’t beat the flavor of the authentic cuts of fresh sliced deli meat. It’s on a homemade sub roll that soft and hugs the ingredients. Veggies were also fresh. Maybe a little pricey for some but get what you pay for. They piled it high and the quality can’t be beat. It would be hard to go back and get a sub anywhere else after here! Staff was very friendly and helpful with deciding. Lots of choices maybe about 20 or so!

OMG This Philly girl was taken back home with the first bite of the Busters Cheese steak with Wiz. I was so excited when I saw Wiz cheese on the menu board! The excitement didn’t stop there they slice all the lunch meat and cheese on site YAY The owner was so nice and pleasant but my PROPS go to the man on the grill who cooked, and delivered my cheese steak, JOSE he was AWESOME! He knew right away when I asked for ketchup and mayo what needed to be done I didn’t have to explain. Oh the small things. Smile on his face, funny delightful took me back home where the food is great and the atmosphere is liking eating at home laughter fun and GREAT FOOD. Kuddos this place is my new favorite local no need to drive 18 hours when I’m homesick for food.

Wife and I ate at Blue Sky Subs August 9th. I had the turkey and cheese and she had the steak and cheese. Both subs came with generous portions. Both were fresh and delicious. They served Pepsi in the fountain drink machine. The 3 gentlemen were nice and polite. The restaurant was very clean as well as the restroom. It’s located in the Tractor Supply shopping center in Eustis. The prices were fair too. They’ve been open for about 6 months.

Wife and I visited today. She had roast beef and I had the tuna. Both very fresh, roast beef was freshly sliced and looked great. No wheat bread at this time due to supply chain issue’s.

First time visiting and will say, I will definitely be returning, all ingredients are fresh, meat is sliced fresh in front of you and they are not stingy on the meat or veggies. Employees are Very polite and seem to really enjoy working here. Ask about there loyalty cards, Highly recommend!!!
