Wow! Just wow! I’ve traveled extensively and eaten all over. Who would have thought there’s a local hidden gem on Hamburg Tpk in a strip mall ?! If you love Korean American Fusion style food, or even if it’s not your bag, go here anyway to try this superbly delicious food!! She had a bento box with salmon, fried dumplings, seafood salad, and seasoned white rice. I had the Bao buns with beef, chicken, pork, seasoned tofu, and homemade guacamole. OMG! These were the very best and tastiest I’ve ever had!

The food was excellent! I went in thinking this might not be as great since my partner and I are vegetarians, but never have I been this happy to be proven wrong. The bao buns were perfect, the scallion pancakes melted in our mouths, the kimchi fried rice was mouth melting (I added some extra gochujang sauce to make it spicy) and the Box of Dreams desserts lived up to its named. We were stuffed and content with the quality of food that was served. Our server was really sweet, and he added a second mochi when we told him how much we love mochi.

We had our rehearsal dinner at Blue Spice this past May, and all I can say is that they exceeded our expectations. From beginning to end, they were super communicative, super accommodating, and were so eager to make our vision come to life. Jason and his wife are truly amazing people, and we were so blessed and thankful they got to be a part of our wedding festivities! The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious. Our guests were so pleased, many said they would be back! From the appetizers, to the main course, to the drinks, everything was delicious! I don’t know what to say, everything is amazing, try the Bao (the tofu one is out of this world, and I’m not a huge tofu lover usually), or the glass noodles, or the dumplings (the green ties with the beef as my favorite). My wife also loved everything. Super friendly staff too, all of them.

Cute place and owned/run by a cute and energetic couple. Was visiting the area from New York City, where I am accustomed to easy to find & pretty good quality Korean food. I had the Hawaiian chicken, too sweet for my taste and a little strange to find on the Korean menu but OK. My friend had the ribeye set and he enjoyed it very much and my other friends enjoyed their dishes as well. We had dumplings and the Korean fried chicken for appetizers, both were tasty although I wish they offered a steamed option for the dumplings. No alcoholic drinks, I believe you can bring your round, but I had the hibiscus tea which was delicious and my friends had the lychee cinnamon which they enjoyed also. I will give it another try when I’m back in the area and I will order differently.

Wow, not at all the typical fare you expect to find in this area. Consider making a reservation. The place was full. This was really great food and really thoughtfully prepared and executed. The dishes were all really quite delicious and we had a wonderful evening. Take care of your servers! The wait staff is fantastic. They know a lot about the food and they are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely going back.

This is a small Korean restaurant that started at the beginning of the pandemic. It survived because the food and service are simply wonderful. You can eat in or take out. The service and the staff are wonderful. Highly recommended. We will eat here again and again. It can be a little noisy though. Some sound absorbing panels might help but we will still go back.

It’s great to get a new restaurant In Sussex county with a different cuisine. The atmosphere was really nice inside and the service was great. I got the beef bulgogi which is my go to for anything Korean and it exceeded my expectations. To finish off we got the assortment of desserts and Korean coffee which were both delicious (highly recommend the coffee) Will definitely be back to try their lunch menu as well and the various drinks they have

You’ll find this little gem in a small shopping plaza. Great Korean dishes. Well portioned for the price. Service is friendly and helpful. Alcohol is not served but they have non-alcoholic specialty drinks that are very good.
