Blue sushi is one of the pricier sushi places in Nashville and it’s mostly because of their location. Their rolls are phenomenal just not quite as good as they’re priced. Service here is always great and waiters/ waitresses are always good about recommending rolls. I also really enjoy the outside balcony. Highly recommend the thriller or lion king.

Ran into this place because I was starving and it didn’t look busy …Taylor Swift was doing a show so everything was packed! Got the miso soup and salad right away and it was really good. We ordered 3 rolls then waited 40 minutes for them I kept looking around and seeing people that just came in getting food and how it wasn’t busy? So for spending 70$ and being there for 40 minutes… not to very happy

We were feeling adventurous and asked for inspiration. Our server Amanda was equal parts fearless, charming, and knowledgeable. She rose to the challenge and brought us a selection of dishes and drinks (shout out to Maury the bartender). The combos paired well, tasted great, and offered a variety of flavours and textures. Everything was excellent. Hit after hit after hit. Five stars isn’t enough to express how much we enjoyed our time here.

Absolutely fantastic. We loved this restaurant! The place was clean and comfortable. The host was kind and helpful. Our waiter, Zachary H, was very knowledgeable about the menu and specials. He made great recommendations. The sashimi was fresh and flavorful. The itchy sea bass was to die for. Everything was perfect. We will be coming here again if we ever return to Nashville!

We stopped in to grab a bite to eat after shopping at NIKE. We did not have reservations, however we were able to sit immediately as there was not many people there. We started off by ordering a couple of appetizers: miso soup and a house salad. The appetizers came out within minutes and both were very good. We then ordered 3 rolls: Philadelphia, The Beach, and The Spanish Fly. After waiting 30 minutes I asked our server about how much longer. She said it will be right out. 15 minutes later our food FINALLY came, mind you it was only three sushi rolls. Overall, the atmosphere was trendy and cool, the food was over priced, and the service was poor- meaning the process of getting our food took way too long considering there was not many people eating at the restaurant. Do not think we will be returning.

Yum!!! So delicious! Had the Lion King Roll and so many others it’s hard to remember! I like a good vibe and good drinks and honestly amazing sushi! Went twice on my visit to TN! Both times were amazing. Second time I came with my kids which they too loved their kids menu choices! Loved it all! Would definitely go back!

Dinner at Blue Sushi Sake Grill was awesome!! We went just for the Tuesday sake and vegan specials. We had 6 different vegan maki and they were all so good. Some really tasted and had texture like fish! The deal was great too, but for some reason I thought the rolls were half off but they are not half off, just discounted some. The ambiance and decor is amazing. I haven’t been anywhere else like this in Nashville and we eat a lot of sushi. Will definitely go back!

I first have to say the bartender was super nice and she made every effort to fix the issues. The sushi was pretty mediocre. I had to send back the first offering of uni cuz it was way too runny and the second one I got still tasted a little off. I’d suggest don’t put garlic chips on a yellowtail scallion roll because all you’ll taste is the garlic… And it’s such a great classic roll. Also the yellowtail supposed to be chopped up not one large piece. The tuna was translucent.. the salmon was good and so is the Ikura.
