I should start from how good is the service is! We set at the bar and tried their happy hour!!! It was amazingly tasty! Every sushi roll is made with so many ingredients that makes everything so delicious!!! Happy hour is great- and it is EVERY DAY!

I had really high hopes here. I see movies at SouthGlenn all the time so it would have been perfect to have a sushi spot within walking distance. Sadly, this was the worst sushi I’ve ever had. Seriously, you’d get better sushi at the Whole Foods right around the corner. Our server was very nice but I didn’t go to Blue Sushi for their service. Their rolls were mostly rice with little to no fish. Please note we didn’t order vegetarian rolls. They price each roll as if they’re a premiere restaurant but they’re far from it. I don’t like writing reviews but I hope the owner will do something about this. I only tried the sushi so I have no clue how everything else was. I don’t plan to find out either.

Have been here a couple times now. Their sushi bar is incredible and the sushi is always made with the freshest ingredients. Have always left satisfied with the food and the experience. Servers (Danielle and Kelsi most recently) have been great. Their happy hour pricing and times are amazing as well. When looking for excellent quality sushi looking no further then here. Will continue to return for date nights with the wife.

We have been coming to Blue ever since it opened. The sushi is outstanding, and the flavors, especially in the apps, are fun and interesting (we always make our teenagers order the Blue Balls ). The happy hour is a total steal, and an added bonus if you drink fun martinis too. We took my cousin last summer, who was in the Navy, and stationed for a significant time in the South Pacific. He said it was the best sushi he’d ever had, and he’s got high standards from his travels! We take all our friends there, and it’s always first choice for sushi. Thanks for everything, see you in a few days!

AMAZING. I was blown away by the unique flavor combinations they have. It’s been awhile since I’ve had some really top notch, fresh and exotic sushi. This is officially our new favorite place to go. (And it’s just as great at the Denver location too!)
