Vegan sushi options were amazing! We asked about vegan options before ordering and they were super accommodating and understanding. We were told all the vegetarian rolls are vegan as well as the vegetable spring rolls. They even brought out the ingredient list for the spring rolls so we could look at them. We will definitely be ordering again! Highly recommend the sweet potato tempura and inari avocado rolls.

After trying all of the sushi restaurants in Chatham and Madison, Blue Wazabi is our favorite. Sashimi is always fresh with good cuts and rice is flavorful! They have fun rolls like luck of the Irish and appetizers such as crispy rice, age tofu.

The rolls were ok enough, but the yakisoba was highly disappointing. Asked for no mushrooms, got mushrooms. Beef tasted like it was cooked in fish sauce and very rubbery. Hate to leave a bad review, but the quality is sub par for the price. Been to Japan numerous times, this is far from good or authentic.
