Small and thiny restaurant. Very clean, food was fresh and delicious. We were only two in the restaurant i think the workers were busy preparing food for delivery, anyway the servis was fast. I enjoyed a House Ramen – extremely delicious!!!

This small ramen/noodle shop in Brighton is a hidden gem. We ordered the miso ramen (spicy), lobster garlic noodles and shoyu eggs. Everything was amazing. I loved the noodles. Their prices are remarkably low for their generous portions sizes with fresh ingredients! The chashu was incredibly tender. I highly recommend stopping by. Blue Yama is now definitely in my regular rotation

Even when I got over the draw factor of ‘lobster ramen shop’, Blue Yama is a really solid and honest noodle joint. They have a great selection of rice dishes, dry noodles, noodle soups of course, cha shu, and more. The lobster is also priced very fairly if you do get a lobster dish. I very much enjoyed the Garlic Lobster noodles and the complementary miso wonton soup was actually very delicious too. Go here!

Blue Yama was a lovely surprise. I live close by and had no idea such a great restaurant was here. The tonkontsu ramen and chicken wontons were excellent but the star of the show was the garlic noodles with lobster. Very generous portions of lobster knuckle meat and exceptional garlic and soy noodles that rival any San Francisco garlic noodles with crab. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

Amazing tasty ramen. The broth is not as thick as usual ramen, but is really tasty and worth the price. Portion size is perfect, notbtoo small not too big. I had the spicy tonkotsu ramen.
