My wife and I happened to be in Ennis and decided to stop in to give this place a try. The hostess and our server were very attentive to our needs and were just so polite. We ordered the pick 3 app platter (fried pickles, fried mushrooms, and wisconsin cheese curds), monster potato, and a rueban sandwich with a side of fries. Guys, this is some real home cooked vibe delicious food, and honestly, not even expensive as it seems to be. Absolutely amazing all around.

Some of the best chicken fried steak I’ve ever had. I literally cut every piece with just my fork. Mac was simple but delicious as were the mashed potatoes. My wife had chicken strips and absolutely loved them. We’ll definitely be regulars here!

Wow all I can was so excited to finally get to eat here and it was better than we could have hoped for!!! We went around 2:30pm Sat afternoon and only 1 other table was occupied. We thought we’ll maybe it’s not as good as we had heard. So happy we came…Food Was Amazing and huge portions. Hubby loves BBQ… said it was the best brisket he ever had!! Service was excellent! Great selection of different items something for everyone!!!

Food is always good. But I wish one of the servers would stop wearing an earbud in her ear while taking orders. She misheard my order and didn’t repeat it back to me so I didn’t know I was going to end up paying more for my food. It has happened once before with the same server. Didn’t want to send it back either since we were on a time crunch.but other than that. Good food, good people
