This place is a a ripoff, only saved by the nice ambience of Bow Market. I was told they had run out of the buttery lobster roll and offered a Maine roll instead. I agreed, but only later did I realize they still charged me for the more expensive one. Apart from that, unannounced 20% gratuity included (yet they still ask for tip — I was stupid enough to fall for it). Regardless of party size (we were only 4) charging mandatory 20% tip on a take out place is preposterous. Apart from their dubious business practices, the food was meh overall. Oysters didn’t taste fresh, lobster rolls were tiny (I’d expect more than a tiny hotdog bun worth of lobster meat for $39). Will avoid this place at all costs in the future.
