Service was really slow on a morning when only 30% of tables had customers. Food finally came about 40 minutes after we ordered and eggs were room temperature along with the hash browns, grave and country fried steak like warm with gravy coagulating. Sent it back and just had coffee. They were nice about it and ended up not charging for either meal. My wife’s burrito was warm enough and she said it’s was ok. Definitely didn’t live up to the hype we were hearing and no chance I’ll return.

Goooooooooooooooo Bluefish Fine Foods! My mom and I had a wonderful lunch and service today. I didn’t grab pics like I usually do. Very fresh, loved the restaurant vibe. Definitely will be back again and again.

Four of us went out to brunch at Bluefish. The food was really amazing! It was very tasty and well presented. Service was excellent. This restaurant was recommended to us by our friends in Madras. What a loss for Madras and a gain for Prineville!

Sugar Rush
Experienced this cute little restaurant yesterday for the 1st time. I had a hot tea, delicious loaded beef barely soup, and a Turkey bacon avocado sandwich which I was able to added fresh sprouts too for a little upcharge. The herb aoli on the sandwich really gave it something special! I throughly enjoyed everything, had leftovers to take for later & will make a point to return when I go through Madras again! Thank you ladies keep up the good work
