Good coffee must be good from the start, so we dedicate a tremendous amount of time selecting a few coffees that are fresh and exciting. The beauty in these coffees is maintained through precise roasting, brewing, and training methods. Our company was born because a handful of baristas knew there was a need for a more transparent way to serve and present coffee. We encourage you to stop by for a cup and join in the loop.

The cafe is a chic, third-wave coffee place, with plenty to draw your eyes. Seating was sparse, but the coffee was incredible. It is always a good sign when they offer a choice of espresso roasts, and when I was there I tried the Penrose both as a shot and as a latte. The shot was complex and flavorful, while the latte was similarly delicious. I recommend this place to anyone who likes to get weird about coffee, or anyone just looking for an excellent cup of coffee.

Small space but modern minimalist feel with its bathrooms located so that you have to walk right past the roasters making their beans. Quality oat milk cappuccino and had a nice laptop session working at their tall-seated counter near the wall.

Coffee and food were great. The pumpkin latte I got was next level! The sandwich was also good, there’s a tomato jam inside that really kicked off the flavor. Seating is really limited, on top of that a lot of people in there working on laptops so it’d be nice to see them fill in the back of the cafe with an actual work station rather than up front seating. Just a thought.

I loved my matcha latte. It was made quickly and the service was easy and friendly. Inside was a bit dark for me so I sat on the sidewalk. That was nice but it was the wrong time of day for traffic, trucks, and exhaust. Otherwise, it was a relaxing, solo stop.

I order their 2lb bag single origin subscription online and have it shipped fresh to my home. Fine coffee beans roasted to perfection(not dark roast). Always excellent variety in shipments yet honor requests for flavor profiles. Responsive friendly customer service…if you need your coffee sooner for example:-). What a great team! Their coffee options in the cafe are awesome as well!
