Bluff City Crab deserves more recognition for being the best crab spot in the city! I’ve been several times and they NEVER miss. What I mean by that is, the food is always hot, flavorful, and the sauce is perfection. I usually get the shrimp or kings feast bag with the Memphis Mix sauce. You can’t go wrong with either of their juice jugs, they’re all good!

I ordered the King Feast through the Uber eats app which comes with 1 snow crab cluster, 10 shrimp, 2 potatoes, one corn. Then I added one more crab cluster and the Andouille Sausage. Was very excited and thought I knew how to get a bag but was very disappointed because my bag was missing the shrimp. Like how? Called the location someone answered and then had me on hold forever. So eventually I hung up and called back. No one picked up I’d called several times periodically afterwards no answer. The food was really good (even though a little cold at this point) and the season was on point just really wanted my shrimp. I’ve ordered here before prior no complaints will not stop me from ordering again just think the staff needs to pay attention and do better.

This is my must-stop whenever I’m in the Memphis area. I typically get the Kings Feast bag and it is so good my mouth is watering right now thinking about it. Last time I tried the Grind Pack (add Sausage) and it was fantastic as well. The rice is seasoned really well and then they throw that Memphis Mix on top to just make it perfect.

This seafood was pretty awesome it actually got me full. Prices are reasonable for such a delicious spread. I tried the Memphis Smoke it wasn’t to spicy and had a sweetness to it. Most definitely worth the buy and customer service was awesome. They make you feel like family. Hope this helps

The food is really good. The customer service was great. My only complaint is that they charge you when you use your debit/credit card. The food is already expensive and they penalize the customer for using a card. For that’s very reason, I won’t be going back.
