Their lean brisket and the loaded beans are my favorite!!! I drive 20mins a couple times a week to pickup. They only have a walk up window; no inside or bathroom. You can eat at a picnic table across the parking lot. I’ve never seen the frozen drink truck open.

If u are a beef rib lover like me this is the place to go. Ordered the Dino rib and let me tell u its a 2 eater for 1 rib. Rib was delicious tender and the smokiness was on point if u like smoked meats. The chicken and beef tips are also a gud choice

Got a few items here in the in past and had to come back to try out some of there other meats. Get the burnt ends before they run out! The sliced brisket is not as tender compared to other bbq joints but still had good flavor. I’d recommend the burnt ends and Mac and cheese as the stand out things to get.

Unfortunately I came Sat evening where they had ran out of a lot of meats (and understandable). So my order was simple – brisket (lean), sausage, loaded baked beans, and collard greens. The sausage and beans were amazing. The brisket and greens not as much. I felt the brisket was dry and the greens were way too salty. I’m willing to give them another chance simply b/c of the day and time I chose to go. Hopefully I won’t be disappointed in the next go round.

A good BBQ place you can smell the smoke. You couldn’t smell any smoke at all. The sliced brisket was dry. And it didn’t have a smoke ring on the brisket. The jalapeno sausage was average. The skin didn’t snap. Like a good sausage should. The BBQ sauce was the only bright point for the BBQ. The only thing I liked that I ate was the pumpkin spice cornbread. But the overall experience was a (Would Not Recommend!!!) Don’t waste your time or money here!!!

If you church in to the location, you can receive a free drink. They have a ton of meat options. I tried the Turkey, beef sausage and the brisket. I loved the other and the brisket. I’m glad they had beef sausage and not just but I wouldn’t order again. I also didn’t care for the bbq sauce. I’m gosh you can order portions as small as 1/4 lb. I’ll be back soon to try more menu items.

In town for an extended layover and this was the first place I decided to try. Kolby and the crew were excellent, and made first time Texas visitor feel welcome. The dino rib lives up to its name and the apple cobbler was superb. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in town.

Just no, smh. Birria tacos were burnt and over cooked! I don’t normally leave bad reviews but the fact they knew they burnt them and still had the audacity to serve them like that, is upsetting!
