We have been getting takeout here for many years. The last year the quality has been very disappointing. Everything is overcooked except the. Egg rolls. I always enjoyed roast pork egg foo young but now the pork is so crunchy it’s more like egg shells than meat. We have complained but last night was another bad meal. We are done!!!

Okay so first of all I’ve been coming here for years without incident and today I received an incorrect order. It was supposed to be chicken and broccoli with shrimp fried rice. The error was that there was not one piece of chicken included only shrimp fried rice. I went back to the store within 10 minutes and simply requested they add chicken. I was very nice about it because I understand people make mistakes. Instead of correcting their error I was accused of manipulating the order and doing something to it because there no way they give this much fried rice. She literally argued me down about a 14 dollar Chinese food order. She completely blamed it on me which was ridiculous. What do I have to gain from simply asking them to correct it. I never once asked for a refund. If I was white she wouldn’t have had the nerve to question me. It was insulting and humiliating. They are racist and they will never get another dime of my hard earned black money. And the person I dealt with was some fast talking Chinese lady with glasses. Her customer service was the worst I’ve ever received. Don’t support.

Ordered 30 dollars worth of food was told forty minutes when there was no contact in 40 minutes I called to cancel my order and they still sent the drive twenty minutes later and when I refused the order they no longer deliver to me. Horrible service

Great food and fast, the go to place in Bay Shore for Chinese food. Got food for the whole family and everyone loved it. Don’t forget to ask for the sauce packets if you want them. I appreciate they aren’t already in there because I usually have soy sauce and duck sauce on hand, but check before you leave the house.

I have been going here for 20 years. The food was always good. They lost a loyal customer now because of their inconsideration and rudeness. I ordered food to pick up. Got home and my order was wrong, they gave me a quart of food instead of a combination dinner AND charged me for it. I called them and explained the situation to them and asked if they could just give me an egg roll. They said no, I have to bring the wrong order back and they would replace it with the right order. I went back out in the rain and returned the food and picked up the right order, meanwhile all my other food for my family is home getting cold. I asked them if they can just throw in an extra egg roll instead of refunding me the $2 difference in price. They accused me of asking for free food and said that is not right. I said that is not what I’m doing, I’ve been coming here for 20 years (they know me). They did this in front of other customers. I told them then give me my money back, she said after I help these other customers. I said forget about it, I will find a new restaurant to go to now, you lost my business, they said good, go do that. How can they treat customers like that? What happened to the customer is always right (which I was)

Food is really not that good. But what’s really strange is we went twice recently, and both times they didn’t give utensils. I went back, and the lady gave me one fork. I asked for another, as I had two items. Very strange. It defies logic. Then I wanted to get delivery once, but you can’t do a credit card over the phone. Cash only in person at the door, which I couldn’t do because I didn’t have money and if I did, I didn’t and don’t want the face to face contact.

This was our go to place for many many years. I don’t know why they don’t post their menu online. We googled the menu which was mistaken prices ( sure no problem don’t care about them raising prices at all) first time ordering chicken pineapple rice. On the menu I looked at just stated that and not shrimp. My husband gave me my food and it was with shrimp on top. We called up 2 days later to see what they could do. I would of brought my food back to get it without shrimp. The young girl got nasty saying that the menus are not correct and random people posting their menus up with different prices and different things on the menu. I then spoke to the owner who was so rude to me. I was trying to explain to her she did not want to listen and she said she didn’t wanna do anything about it so I’m giving this business a one star which is really said we’ve been going to them for years and years and even when they make mistakes we never complain we just get a credit for next time. Very upsetting how the owner treated me.
