We had high hopes for this bar seeing all the positive reviews. After a long day of travel we wanted to have a drink by the sea and what we got was a unpleasant drink by the sea. There wasn’t much guidance as we waited to be seated. We saw another group walk past and seat themselves so we did the same. After waiting just a little bit the waitress came up to our table and unenthusiastically tossed the menus on our table. Didn’t say a word, greet, welcome us, tell us her name and walked away. She came back after a while and took our order. Drinks came out in a timely manner but weren’t very good. Couldn’t tell if they had any alcohol or not. I didn’t like my drink but the rest of the party said theirs were okay. Our Uber driver told us the bar is known to locals and doesn’t serve much alcohol in their drinks, not surprised by the service. We left pretty bummed and that’s how our first day of our vacation ended. The view is beautiful and the pier is cool to walk.

The pier is a great place to grab a bite to eat in the shade, enjoying the ocean view and breezes. Staff is super attentive, friendly and food comes quickly. Drinks are cold, with lots of frozen options along with local beers. Shrimp tacos were great!

The view is amazing!. You can choose to sit in the bar, inside with AC or outside to feel the breeze! We ordered the lobster roll, grouper sandwich and cocktails! It was delicious! We went back 2 days later for the same food! The parking is overpriced 20$ just for lunch so try to spend some time at the beach!

This is my 3rd time here on Vacay and my all time favorite spot. The sun was hot but being by the ocean made it bearable. This is a dope spot for family fun, dates and there are water activities. Amazing spot. Down the highway we pull over to see the dolphins!

We had an overall great experience. Everything from conversation with the bartender to our service at our table, everyone was friendly and accommodating, and the food came out exactly as ordered and tasted delicious.

Unfortunately a storm was brewing only after being at the beach for one hour but i have to say- the Lifeguards take their jobs very seriously, in all aspects of safety measurements. If I could complain about the rude guests who didn’t want to comply and just sit under the dark clouds, I absolutely would! But I will say this…People- please respect the Lifeguards at all times!! Your life depends on it! Lifeguards- you all are awesome, and I appreciate you and other staff for the diligence in making sure each and every person was safely away from the beach area before the storm hit. THANK YOU!

Very mixed feelings about this place. Easy to get a table and right off the beach so that’s a plus. Great views while you eat is also a plus. It was just me and my wife but I would not our children if we came with them.

You’re not just paying for the view here. The drinks are well made and very good. And the staff is properly trained…mostly. I’ve been coming here since before the corporate buyout, and a lot of the character is gone, but it’s a nice change to not have to deal with the low class service industry at most other bars. Very few food items are worth it, so you can skip those. They’re mostly from frozen and prepped for the tourists on their way to or from cruises. In short, view, drinks, and competent friendly staff make this worth it. NOTE: the Google maps location is incorrect. It’s on the actual pier. Not at the foot.
