Honestly I’ve been here before with no issues, but after my last experience I will never be back. This fried fly(?) was in our chicken tender combo. I took it back up and he told me it was fryer grease, crushed it in his fingers, and handed the chicken back. No refund, no replacement, not even an apology. I will add pictures so y’all can be the judges but I think it’s pretty clear what it is.

We had lunch here yesterday and the “fries” were amongst the best fries we have ever had! “Boardwalk Fries” is one of the restaurant locations in the food court of Park City Mall, Lancaster Pa. Just as in most food courts the seating is in a large area in front of the restaurant locations. I stood and watched while my double bacon cheese burger and fries were prepared and there’s satisfaction in seeing how your food is prepared! I believe the owners were the ones taking the orders and preparing them. Completely on their top game, for they were busy and never missed a beat. Our food was DELICIOUS and our service was EXCELLENT . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

I haven’t eaten at Boardwalk Fries in over a decade! Mainly because im from Harrisburg and i remember there used to be a Boardwalk Fries at the Capital City Mall in Harrisburg. But anyway i went for lunch on 6/18/2022 i got the double bacon cheeseburger and fries and my oh my they were delicious!

Customer service was great and the man working was extremely nice. The food was very sub par. The burgers were frozen burgers coming out of a box and tasted as if they were completely filled with water and there was a long hair in my burger; The fries were good though.

I love love love this place. This came up on my list to add a review. The last time I was here was in the beginning of the year. Since I moved out of the area I only come to park city on rare occasions. I always make time for boardwalk fries. They are sooooo good. I always get the combo chicken fingers, fries and a drink. The prices are higher than what you’d pay for at fast food places but honestly the quality is great. I wish there was a place closer to me 🙁

Went and got a chicken teriyaki sandwich combo , opened the bun as it looked like the meat was missing no lie it looked like a pressed down piece of lunch meat. I asked if it was the chicken sandwich and they said yes, I wasn’t up for a fight so I took it. I expected a plump piece of chicken because the burgers are usually juicy and good. I will never go back there and waste my money.

Horrible customer service..Thru di not listen. Tried to give a man a sprite with black stuff in bottom of cup and he said something and they dumped it ,, rinsed it and try to give him same cup back. Order was not made right. Be careful with prices cause there 5.89 combo can easily be higher when upgrading and they don’t day what size combo. Also the food area court is dirty, kids playing around in that area and it’s clearly not a play area, and those are the same type of people that want to sue someone if a toy hits them in eye or cause accident, but yet they fail to correct there own children.Our new generation is animals due to lack of parenting. Kids 2 and 3 year old weighing 100 to 150 clearly a big issue there.
