I’m typically skeptical of BBQ joints because of small portions, dry meat, and mediocre sauce. This place was absolutely an exception to the rule! The food was delicious, cheap, and very quick service. I had the half smoked chicken, which was not at all dry and was perfect with the spicy BBQ sauce, 3 sides (get the beans!!!) and an order of the best hush puppies I’ve ever eaten for $13! Highly recommend, if I lived here I’d get it regularly.

We showed a property between Mammoth and Hardy and were starving afterward. Not many places were open so chose this place based on reviews. Glad we did, it was really good! We shared the large pulled pork, jojos, cole slaw and fried pickle chips with ranch. Everything was delicious! We would definitely come back when we’re in the area again.

The view from this place is amazing. The food was as amazing as the view. Clean local business with professional staff. On Sundays all the Lil d church ladies gather and family’s chatter. You may have to wait on su day lunch because they stay so busy. It’s a great stop on my way home from the lake like it’s a tradition. For those of us who travel alone this is a great stop. I sit alone a lot plus they have a patio if it makes you nervous. It’s just a staple in these parts and if you haven’t tried it you have to.

I love this place! Been a fan since their previous building that burnt down & the food is always great! Of course the wait times are longer than a typical restaurant but that’s normal cause everything is cooked to order so just be patient! Always clean & inviting atmosphere!

High on the hill. Prices were very reasonable for some great bbq. We got large sandwiches and fries. Everything is made to order. Which means you may wait for your food. But it’s worth it.

Soooo! Happy to have ya’ll back! I stopped by on way back to Jonesboro yesterday. Food was just as wonderful as I remember it from the past years I’ve stop on way home from Spring River. The BQ, slaw, and beans were so good!!! Don’t ever change the slaw no one does it better! Best BQ around, I tell everyone to stop by there. Thanks for the years of service.!
