Small family owned business, better food than any chain. They generally do real basic lunch and dinner items… Burgers, fries, foot long dogs with chili. Not an organic or heart healthy place to eat! But the food is good and cooked on the spot, the fries are excellent crinkle cut and they’re quick too. I’d strongly recommend them if you’re considering a fast food lunch at a well known Scottish American chain or a Royal Burger or some such (not mentioning them by name mind you). Bob and Cheryl’s will deliver you a much tastier lunch. And, there’s a DQ ice cream joint next door. They have a room in back where they serve Italian food and have a salad bar… I’ve never eaten on that side. Atmosphere is pure 1960s but clean, there is a restroom, the place is nonsmoking of course. Parking is limited but available and Ada compliant. One caveat: they are CASH ONLY. No checks or debit cards. There’s an ATM across the street.

This little place is a hidden gem! Best hotdogs and crinkle fries I have had in forever! We got here on a Sunday around closing time and didn’t know they were about to close. These nice friendly faces not only smiled while taking our orders for a party of four but our food was hot, fresh, delivered to our table and they were amazing! If you’re in the area, please stop in. You will NOT be disappointed!! Can’t wait to come back! Thanks again guys!

I’m glad the Rainbow reopened! The chili is amazing and it’s good on a hot dog, a burger, fries, or just by itself. The Pizza Burger has always been my favorite with the burnt cheese on the edges. It’s nice having a good meal and walking next door to get some ice cream in the summer.
