Down on the farm! Great food and great prices! The staff was amazing and made great accommodations for a tractor birthday celebration! The staff let us bring in a homemade tractor cake for the birthday boy to accommodate for his dietary needs. The staff was also able to put us off in a corner so we could decorate and have the kids throw balloons into the air without interfering with anyone else. It was a special time and I highly recommend the environment!

My family and I had a great brunch yesterday and came back Sunday too! We had the same server both days, Ms Petrona and she was a true joy! She was extremely kind to us and was especially fond of our son. We arrived Sunday after the lunch rush around 4pm and thought the place was closed Turns out that’s just the perfect early bird time to enjoy some quiet time. The food was superb and everyone enjoyed their dish. I think we’ll make this a weekly outing

Bob Evans used to have great service and an extensive menu. The last 2 times we’ve been, the service has been extraordinary slow and inaccurate despite the low number of customers seated. The menu over the last few years has been decreased significantly and simply not worth the time to stop here anymore.

It was the most disorganized and disfunctional restaurant i have ever been to. Placed a pick up order for the Thanksgiving Day at 4:30 pm but when i got there at 4:15, there were a lot of angry people just waiting to pick up their order. People were yelling at the staff as some people waited over 2 hours to pick up their order. When i inquired thebstaff why we have a pick up time when they cannot deliver as advertised, one of the staff bluntly responded “some had to wait over 2 hours before you.” After an hour of me waiting, i was finally able to convince one staff to fulfill my order. Instead of the pumpkin pie i ordered, got smashed apple pie and a dry peacon pie.. No one was in charge… some employees just standing around without doing anything while 30-40 guests standing in front of the registers waiting to pick up their orders…. No more Bob Evans for me.. Not worth waiting over an hour to pick up an order that was not packaged as advertised and served by staff who did not care for how long people were waiting for a mediocre food.

I am giving this all 5 stars based on the following. Most of the food I have order are delicious, the service are friendly, and their atmosphere is clean and calming. I just recently started going to Bob Evans. I didn’t realize their food was that good. Big fan of Bob Evans that I think I will buy their t-shirts as well. LOL

The customer service was great, very welcoming. The Mac and cheese was alright, the broccoli was tasty and the strawberry lemonade wasn’t good so I ordered a lemonade which was better. I loved the biscuit and chicken breast. I would go back and try the other food.

My sister and I ate at this restaurant the other day. We had the best waitress ever! Really love this place and how quickly it was to get a table. The food took a while to come out, but it was so good when it finally did. I love southern food, and this place gets me as close as I can be to my Southern Roots, lol. There is plenty of parking, it is handicap accessible, and it is conveniently located. The menu offers breakfast and lunch items. I especially love that this restaurant offers bulk orders for Thanksgiving! I ordered Thanksgiving dinner every year, and they never disappointed. If you’re in the area or haven’t eaten here, I would absolutely recommend a visit!

Service was the pits. The waitress was nice, but they were short staffed like everywhere. The food wasn’t outstanding enough for the wait. 10 min to order drinks another 10 to arrive after walking to register to ask for my sons drink. I finished my meal b4 my pancakes came out and then only after asking for the check and canceling them were they miraculously there 2min later. My hashbrowns came out wrong. New ones never arrived. Refills nope, better ask for multiple glasses up front.
