We stopped for breakfast. The omelets are large. My Mom’s Western omelets vegetables weren’t cooked inside, so she was disappointed. The chicken sausage was very good if you’re looking for healthier options like myself. Coffee was good. The fruit dish side consisted of grapes and cantaloupe, I liked it, but Mom wasn’t a fan. Waitress was kind and attentive. One of the waitress had fresh flowers she raised and I just had to get a photo.

Ordered biscuit bacon egg and cheese sandwich with potatoes to go. It doesn’t taste awful…. the biscuit is dry and really greasy at the same time? Yes thats the only potatoes I got . Service a tad hostile and prices only mediocre. Obviously it’s just a bob evans I’m not gonna complain too much.

We keep giving this place “one more try” and the results do not vary. Exceedingly slow!!!! We started betting on how bad it would be to redeem the experience. 58 minutes from seating till meals. (Most of them) final meal didn’t arrive until 1 hour 15 min from seating. So I won $5. But we were never offered refills so I had to give that back to my wife. If you keep expectations very very low on service, food quality is proportional to price. But if you want old school good service, skip this location.

It’s a Bob Evans. Unfortunately, the night I went, they had a manager who didn’t understand that dinner rush was getting ready to happen. She sent one server home and told another one to start cleaning her station, while the other one was waiting on 5 groups already. They then had another 3 groups come in and sat the only waitress 2 of the groups. The third group, the one running around, told the one cleaning to take the remaining group. As I was leaving, they had at least 4 groups walking in.

I placed an online order for curbside several weeks ago. When I arrived I noticed that I was I was five minutes earlier than my estimated pickup time. When I checked in, I was told it wasn’t ready yet and they would bring it out shortly. From the outside I couldn’t really tell if they were super busy but I like to give places the benefit of the doubt, so I waited 35 minutes past my given pickup time. After calling the curbside number again and not getting an answer, I just went in. The place looked almost completely empty but with three staff members just chatting at the counter. I looked at a shelf inside and sure enough it was my order just sitting there. Once I got the bag I asked how long has it been there. No one could answer the question. The ice in the drinks were completely melted. Me and one of the staff removed a couple of the items, and they were cold. The staff member acknowledged that the bottom of one of the boxes which had a burger and fries, was very cold to the touch. No one offered anything to fix the problem and they all really just seemed confused. As frustrated as I was I told the staff that mistakes happen and just asked if management could reach out to me on a day they’re there. As of today no one has reached out which is why I’m leaving this review.

The food was okay. My hashbrowns were burnt and tasted like old grease. My omelet was good and so was my husbands. There wasn’t many people inside so it was nice and quiet.

Worst service and quality of food I have ever received at a Bob Evens. Home fries were burnt, not just crispy or a little over cooked, black burnt. My over easy eggs were well done. Took 15 mins to get a waitress attention to ask for fresh eggs., was told they would be right out. I like to dip my sausage in my eggs. My home fries as well , especially since they were burnt . 25 mins later, I had to flag down another waitress , about my eggs. I had ordered hot chocolate, which I drank waiting on the eggs. 15 more minutes later, after my dinning guest was 100% finished eating , the eggs finally arrived. By then, all my food was cold. I just asked to take the food off bill, I no longer wanted to eat . They took the meal off but not the hot chocolate or iced tea, that I didn’t drink, (I was saving it to drink with my meal .) so I came hungry and left hungry. I will never patronize this establishment. They were not busy, and I witnessed the waitress, standing and talking , to other employees multiple times. I have never written a review, I have never left, no matter how poor the service was, without tipping . Tonight was my first . Not once did the waitress Check to see if our food came out okay . Very displeased and disappointed.
