Late Saturday morning, was seated right away.. 10 minutes later a waitress greeted me asking if I would like coffee. 5 minutes later, coffee arrived, no order yet. Another 10 minutes she returned for order and it wasn’t busy. Restaurant was very cool.

Quick to be seated and only 3 other customers in entire restaurant. Got our drink orders and the waitress never came back for our order!!! We sat there over 15 minutes waiting to order. Finally my husband went up to our waitress and said “excuse me” she didn’t acknowledge him another waitress did and rung up our drinks! That should have been FREE at least for our trouble!!! Very poor service!!

Went to go pick up a carry out order for lunch around 130/2 so the lunch rush was over. Walked in was not greeted, the lady at the cash register her name was Stephanie was frustrated and was arguing with another employee in front of me about tickets being rang up wrong. The manager apologized and rang me out and I left. Came home and they forgot two items so I called and went back and Stephanie then proceeds to tell me that she is “over her job and hates it there”. Not something that everyone wants to hear….

I absolutely love Bob Evans! I love the food, the employees, the General Manager Lorraine. I am(was) an employee. Just because I work there doesn’t reflect my persobwl experience with food at all. Considering I don’t eat food I don’t like or have a bad experience with! The Wildfire Chicken Salad is by far the best salad I ever had!

The food was cold and the workers didn’t seem to care about their jobs. Waited for 45min on food and the manager took off 17 dollars for the wait. I am not impressed with the staff. The CEO needs to fire the people that don’t care about their jobs because they are looking business. Will not be returning here…

March 15, 2016 My wife & I stopped here to eat breakfast – not more than 6 customers at that time in the place. We were seated at the first booth/chair by entrance, which was fine. After ordering we each drank two cups of coffee, before our warm food arrived. Waitresses (3 – 4) gathered about 5 feet from our table, all during our meal and had a loud “gab session” about other people they evidently knew or had loud opinions about.
