I made an online order on my way to work this morning, I just recently looked at the size of this slice of pie I received in my order, it’s the size for a toddler not an adult. I have ordered many times in the past for Bob Evans delicious desserts but after this recent visit I’m not sure if I will continue my visits here. I called to speak to someone concerning this matter the lady apologized & then told me they cut regular size pieces. I beg the differ especially charging $5.79.

Went to Western Hills location in Cincinnati. 415pm on Saturday. Sat down in section with food all over the floor and 3 tables that needed to be bussed.Serif we wanted to speak to manver was nice took our order.About 15 customers and at least 7 servers, manager on her phone and a cook. In 25 minutes we had not gotten our food but more important no one made an attempt to bus the tables in or sweep up the floor. Everyone had time to see socialize.Left and cashier asked if we wanted to talk to manager. But why bother she didn’t do anything while we were there.

We had just received three chicken salad fruit plate from the defiance store. And I can’t believe that they would sale something so skimpy on your meals I can’t believe your still in business…that amount of food that you get is a joke ..I will never give you my business again …what a rip-off

(Kenwood Ohio Location, 4-29-23) Upon completion of the breakfast, I went to pay bill, was at register, heard loud yell, I’ll get you over here… yelled that 4 times at me, said I heard you ….. he then tried grabbing my credit card from me saying this way! Wanted to have dinner at Bob Evans in London, OH on Sunday December 4th 2022, 6 pm. After being seated we were not approached by any waiting staff for at least 20 minutes. Restaurant was not busy. So as not to add any more work to this crew, my wife and I got up and left after letting a waitress know we had been ignored. Second and last time this has happened at this location.

Ordered curb side carry out. Began calling when order was due to be ready. Kept being put on hold. Waited 5 minutes, hung up tried numerous times, the longest 10 minutes. Never got anyone to respond. One half hour after order was supposed to be ready and no one answering curbside carry out number, I left even though the food was paid for. I couldn’t go in after the order due to mobility issues. That’s why I ordered curbside carry out.

My wife and went to bob evans in Middleburg hts Ohio location and ordered dinner. Our waitress was very nice but, when I broke my tooth on the chicken dinner I ordered I told our waitress what happened. My chicken was dry and the breading was so hard it broke my tooth. She gave me a different meal, then the food bill came and I was charged for 3 dinners. Asked for the manager and she simply told me there’s absolutely nothing she can do, not once did she even come over to our table to see if i was ok, I even mentioned that to her and she said that’s not her job, she only comes to the tables when she’s asked. We were the only 2 people in the dinning area she should of came and checked on me. We will never ever go back there again.

The Bob Evans in Indianapolis Southport was not very good service. I ordered carryout and picked up the meal and was half way home before I realized they didn’t give me the tea I ordered. I went back and had to wait for the tea. The ladies were so FLIPPANT about it. I got home and emptied the bag and found out they didn’t give me the coleslaw I ordered. Along with no butter and no cutlery.
