A Boba Guys in the neighborhood is a sign that things are going to get more expensive. The only time I will ever walk into a Boba Guys is if there’s no line. It’s good milk tea, with good boba, but no way am I lining up for a half hour for this. That said, this place is clean and nice, with very friendly staff.

Decided to check out this neighborhood and came in here since there was no line and the space looks great for chilling. The black sugar hojicha on the seasonal menu was very tasty. Good tea flavor but definitely on the sweeter side. The kaya toast was crunchy and warm but the kaya jam was actually cold. Overall, nice place to chill or work in and the food and drinks are pretty good.

Good quality milk tea so you can still taste the tea along with the milky sweetness. Boba quality is great with some chewiness without being starchy in the middle. Big plus is that this location doesn’t seem to suffer from the same huge lines as other locations.
