The food was excellent and the owner saved us when our faculty had a restaurant back out of our catering in the morning. He had just over 3 hours to put an amazing package of pulled pork, variety of wings, potato salad, and Cole slaw together. The sauces and rubs on the wings hands down was some of the best I ever had. He made sure our faculty was fed for our professional development training day. We had so many happy teachers today!! We’ll be calling them again for another lunch!! The owner is top notch and a very kind and caring person.

We had our first experience with BobaQue last week and it was AMAZING. I had never heard of Beef Birria Taco’s with consume and had to try… so did over half the neighborhood. I did wait, but that’s why God gave me teenagers. She sat for me and didn’t mind one bit! We will be ordering for Super Bowl and I’m sure many other times! They have yet another set of super fans. Thanks for all you do and I’m glad it’s going so well for them.

We got the 18oz ribeye and baked potato yesterday. It was SO good. I could cut it with a butter knife. Ordered and it was ready super quick, friendly staff out there working in the blistering heat to feed us! We will be back

Chris, the owner, has decades of BBQ experience and it shows. This is a labor of love for him. He cares for the staff and treats everyone like family. In fact, he had his wife’s birthday party there while we were eating our food and we were able to join in the fun. I am a foodie and have been to celebrity chef’s BBQ restaurants, high priced NYC places, and well regarded STL/DFW/KC/CHS/ALA BBQ places. This beat the others hands down. Where else are you going to get Boba Tea to wash down your BBQ? As creative a combo as any TV Network star chef can come up with…. Easy to find his BBQ pit right there on the Amphitheater at New Town of St Charles.

Bobaque catered our son’s 1st birthday party and provided amazing service, not to mention the food that had our guests raving! We have previously had a variety of items they sell, from chicken wings to racks of ribs, and everything has been outstanding! The wings are larger than any we can get from other local “chicken” eateries, and the ribs are well cooked and super tender, no need for a fork/knife here! Bobaque’s proprietor, Chris, is super easy to work with and provided fast and accurate pricing for everything we needed for our gathering. He was extremely friendly and accommodating, even waiting past our pickup time to ensure we still got our order. If anything has been missing or inaccurate on an order in the past, he has made it right, and then some! We always speak highly of this establishment and will continue to enjoy the world-class BBQ, and the friendly service! Highly, HIGHLY recommend a try, you won’t regret it!!
