All that is left of 1lb. of brisket is the paper it came in. The brisket was so tender and moist, I highly recommend it. The Cole slaw was also excellent. Thick strips of cabbage and slightly tart with a hint of sweet. Very satisfying and light.

My husband and I were In town for 2 days, decided to stop by after a walk in the creek, let me tell Y’all, we were not disappointed.. that brisket was on point.. and them home cut fries were just as good… we will definitely stop in again. Finally got to try the brisket. Huge sandwich, and the best brisket I have had in Central Texas!! Nothing we have tried has been close to this good. Very happy to have this BBQ right here in Salado at Barrow Brewery. Can’t wait to try more of their stuff!

I hate not being supportive of a small business.. but.. I have to share my experience. BBQ sauce is like tomato paste.. no flavor, potato was cold.. wifes bbq sandwich was “ok” but coleslaw was straight cabbage and taste like nothing.
