Delicious new haven style pizza. I order American cheese pizza which is not on the menu but they make it for me. Only complaint is past 2 times the American cheese tastes different. Not as good as it used to be. Maybe change in the cheese? Still delicious and I highly recommend Bobbys.

I can’t take away the fact that this place has delicious pizza but when it comes to customer service I am less than pleased. I do not live close to Bobby’s pizza but I had an appointment in the area so I decided to order. I got all the way home, which is 20 minutes away from Bobby’s, to open the pizza and find out they gave me the wrong one. So I called and told them and they told me to come back and get the right one. I was irritated that I had to make the drive but I let it go considering they were willing to make it right. I also brought the old one with me just to prove to them that I was being honest and I didn’t get the right one. When I got back there, the girl at the counter said you can take the wrong one home as well bc it was our mistake. I thought that was great customer service considering I did drive 20 minutes there and back to get a new pizza. Then she went to the back to grab the right pizza and when she came out she told me I’m sorry I do have to take that pizza back. I said excuse me? And she said yeah I’m sorry I was mistaken I have to take the wrong pizza back. So I said aren’t you going to just throw it away and she said yes. That was it. She expected me to take the new pizza and just walk out. No one offered money off, no one said pick a free item, nothing! Just “sorry”. Needless to say, that left a terrible taste in my mouth and I will never eat at Bobby’s pizza again for that reason. Which is really disappointing because the pizza is phenomenal.

I’ve been gluten free for 5 years now. Not out of choice may I add. Pizza has been limited and missed. Up to this point it was store bought or Modern pizza. All not bad, but still lacking dough wise. Bobby’s is the FIRST place I’ve had that isn’t using a store bought crust, that actually make the dough so that it is a real fresh made pizza. And it was fantastic, best I’ve had since I’ve gone gluten free. Anyone that has celiac knows pizza now comes on that metal tin sheet, not Bobby’s. It’s fresh and finally let me enjoy pizza again. Well worth the extra 5 dollars. If your gluten free you kinda get used to being forced to pay extra so you don’t get sick on your food. That alone sucks, but until it becomes more mainstream it is what it is.

We live in Clinton and Grand Apizza has gone downhill, so when we found out about Bobby’s we had to try it! Great sauce, crust and cheese (must try the Idahoan next time) Plus they are Cowboys fans, so that made my boyfriend happy!

One of the best mash potato (they name it the Idahoian) I ever tasted. They also have coupons so after you get 10 pies you get a free cheese pizza so that is always a bonus! Highly recommend. Oh and they have some flavors of foxon park soda you can’t find in other establishments so that is a plus as well.
