The Mac n cheese is great. The baked beans are a bit dry but they were good and meaty. I came for the rib tips. They were tender and juicy but just not seasoned. Had to come home to doctor them up some because I bought a large tip and didn’t want it to go to waste.

Got my order of rib tips for the 4th. It was falling off the bone. There were no leftovers! Only drawback is you guys aren’t open everyday. Love the lady who works the counter. She reminds me of my family back home. Down-to-earth. Will be back soon!

My husband and I finally found an actual bbq spot that serves rib tips and not just pulled pork and ribs. They were seasoned good and falling off the bone. The potato salad was the bomb! We literally just left Bobby’s and told them we were from Mississippi and how we have been looking for a good black owned bbq spot. They are awesome!

Let me tell y’all! Yes! Let me tell you all! This place is a hidden gem in Mabelton, Ga.. When you can eat BBQ and not have to have the sauce. That is Real BBQ. The sauce makes it over the top! This BBQ is for Real!

The food is great. Some of the best potato salad ever and no pork in the baked beans. The owners and staff are extremely personable. Just make sure to visit early in the day or else they run out of menu favorites, like the beef sausage, which is fantastic. BBQ chicken is excellent too, falls right off the bone.

I always come here to purchase their beef sausage. But today when I ordered a beef sausage it looked completely different , more like I hotdog ! So I took it back in untouched and they told me they changed their vendor for the sausages but they can’t take it back are give me something different ! Like it’s not my fault the vendors were changed? I literally had to give the sausage away A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY! And the sausage ITSELF is still the same $7.50 even though the quality has went down ! Me or my family won’t come back here to spend another dime!

Glad I finally went, I can smell this place from my church down the street. Nothing like some smoked meat to fuel sermon writing, lol. But for real, check them out. Good food for a good price. I ordered the half chicken (with two sides) and a smoked sausage, came out to around $16. I will be back to try the other meats. P.s.- they don’t have indoor seating, seams to be a takeout only spot.
