I had enjoyed a nice lunch here earlier, Bobby’s Burger Palace has been on my list to try out since it’s by Grill Boy aka Bobby Flay. I had the brunch burger & it’s delicious & the meat they use is of quality & the bacon was perfectly cooked with the egg & cheese on it. The sesame seed bun is alright & the chese bacon scallion fries are yummy. The milkshake of the month the strawberry shortcake is scrumptious. The place is well worth it for the competitive price their at. Complaints would be to take eliminate the insects in the place & maybe get some other buns for a variety like a egg bun & etc.

I ordered a blue and bacon burger with sweet potato fries. Absolutely awesome. Burger was juicy an loaded with big chunks of blue cheese and crispy bacon. The sweet potato fries were the best ever. Crispy and salty on the outside, sweet and tender on the inside. Well above competition. They come with a savory mustard sauce.

Haven’t been here in a while, decided to give it a try. The place itself was clean, staff was friendly and ordering was quick. We grabbed a spot at a table that had some left over food crumbs, but was swept well. Fries came out first and were good, but had to wait a few minutes for the burgers. I was disappointed that the fries were getting cold by the time we had our burgers. The burgers themselves were cooked well, and had a nice taste, but i found that my “shoestring” onion rings were instead one giant onion ring that was almost as wide as the burger itself. In general i found the place average, and for the price and quality of food I would have preferred to go to a five guys.

Bobby Flay is a name we all know. He’s amazing in a multitude of ways and has created opportunities through his ambitious within and outside his community. However, all great successful people absolutely need people to buy in and elevate their product, which leads me to CHARLIE and his kick-a** team (excuse my french)! This guy, Charlie, who oversees the Bobby’s Burger Palace in Freehold, NJ is a terrific manager. I had the pleasure meeting Charlie by chance, as I am not typically ever in South Jersey, but I’m extremely happy that I did. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe the way I was treated upon visiting this super-clean and friendly environment. I am relatively picky with the food which goes into my body, and have various dietary restrictions, and I swear I could have ordered anything off this menu and would have been satisfied. I went with the veggie burger on the menu, my go-to, and was thoroughly satisfied. As you may know, not all veggie burgers are created equal, but man I am happy with my choice. You are greeted with flavor the moment you sink your teeth in and can/will appreciate the attention to detail that recipe carries. Without asking, I was greeted by Charlie and was welcomed back anytime. He informed me of some popular items on the menu and shared details about his life and experience in the restaurant business with me. His staff is equally as awesome and I can only hope great things continue to occur for this awesome business. Kudos 🙂

Burgers are great, I would come here a lot more if the prices were a little more reasonable. $11+ for a burger and fries and then a whopping $6 for a milkshake is pretty hard to justify for a slightly above average meal, especially considering the restaurant is neighboring a cheesecake factory which is a far better option for a similar price point. I can see this restaurant being extremely successful with adjusted prices. Or, at the very least, a milkshake for less than the price of a full meal elsewhere
