The crawfish is fantastic not to spicy. My buddy ordered the Bbq and it looked so good. I am getting it next time I go. He said he was not hungry and ate every bite by himself. LoL it had to be great!

The menu boasts a good variety of foods and though it is a bit pricey, it isn’t too bad. However, it took almost half an hour to get our food, which was one sampler platter and one order of loaded fries. Now, normally I wouldn’t complain too much about the wait but when we got our food all the fries were cold, as were the toppings. The crawfish had good flavor but had clearly been in the water too long as they were hard to peel, and though the BBQ was delicious, it was lukewarm at best. As I said, I normally wouldn’t complain about the wait but the fact that most of the food was cold kind of ruined the whole meal for us. Still, good flavors though.

LOVED LOVED LOVED! I had the loaded tamales and my husband had the half rack ribs. Loaded tamales were amazing! Who would’ve thought to load them like that! The ribs fall off the bone and were so moist and tasty they didn’t even need the amazing bbq sauce! Will definitely be returning and sharing our love with others to help them!!!!

We go here every weekend and it’s an hour drive for us!! We have eaten crawfish from Mount Pleasant to Longview to Tyler to Lindale to Lake Fork and Bobo’s is the best of all of them!! We also eat their shrimp and BBQ when it’s not crawfish season. They are not only definitely the best in Gilmer, but also East Texas! Worth the drive!

If you like fancy this is not your place, if you like everything to match, then keep right on going by. You will not find a proper plate in the place but If you want some of the best country cookin in our area with great service you must eat here. The tamales we took home for “tomorrow” lasted all of an hour. Thank you Bobo’s.

I’m not even to my truck yet and I’m leaving a review. That was the most fun lunch trip! The loaded tamale was seriously the best thing I’ve ever eaten. Ever. I think 5 people could have eaten on just one. The people were nice, the food was amazing, the AC was cold and I can’t wait to go back! Man! I’m in some kind of food stupor right now. THANK Y’ALL!!!

The loaded tamales are so amazing, it’s 6 tamales with beans, brisket, nacho cheese and onions and jalapeños if you want them. Its enough for 2 or 3 people or 1 large appetite! The staff are all super nice and helpful. Bring your appetite and your own beer. If you love bbq or crawfish this is a must add to your list.
