Hello everyone =) I have spent so much time at Bob’s Steak & Chop House that I found it inevitable to write about my unforgettable experience at Bob’! As soon as you walk into Bob’s, the tone is set into a romantic/private atmosphere, due to the restaurant having dim lights and no glass windows. So far, I have spotted five exit doors located inside the restaurant, which makes me feel secure. Every time I go to Bob’s, the staff makes me feel safe and special. Judging by their outstanding personality and exceptional customer service, I can only imagine that Bob’s hiring process is extremely meticulous when choosing their representation. The food tastes AMAZING and the wine glasses have HEAVY pours! My favorite dish is the fried lobster and my favorite wine is Malbec from Argentina. I simply cannot get enough of it! I attended Bob’s Steak & Chop House 2 Yr. Anniversary – Paul Hobbs Wine Dinner and they completely took my experience to the NEXT level! I can go on and on talking about how magical and how completely extraextraextraordinary my experience was, but it would take me forever to explain because my experience was absolutely DELIGHTFUL! =) Thank you, Bob’s Steak and Chop House!!!!!!

Wide selection of drinks. This place is perfect for spending special events in a very up scale setting. Although I was not satisfied with my main course. The cut of meat was what is described on the menu and was tender, but lacked severely in taste. To add to that the plate came with a glazed carrot. This carrot had to have been the largest I have ever seen it only seemed fit for a giant. It was so large my steak mashed potatoes appeared to have been sucked into it gravitational pull. Also the key lime pie was horrible it only tasted like water. Everything else about this place was great. Service was great the servers were very hard workers. I would go back just because of the service.

We went here for our anniversary…. This place is $$$ but is worth it.. the service is on spot…They are paying attention to every detail… The food is very good too… We had rib eye steak and it comes with a glazed carrot and potatoes in peppercorn gravy… I really liked the combination….the bread they bring before is the best I’ve had in the Valley… I recommend it…

Me and my wife had the pleasure of dining here this evening, our first time, and it was probably the best overall experience I’ve had at a restaurant. Due to the prices it isn’t an opportunity we’ll be able to have regularly, so it was awesome to have it be such a great dinner. The staff was very nice, accommodating, and seemed to really enjoy what they do. Everything I ate was great, from the pickles in the jar, the bread, our calamari, the steaks, everything was perfect. I’m not even a carrot kind of guy and I thought the glazed carrot was very good. To me, dining out isn’t just about satisfying hunger, it’s about the whole experience, and the environment, thank you for making our experience the best it could possibly be.

Let me start off by saying that I wanted to eat here for a while a couple of friends recommended the place and I was able to reseve a table to for my bday …food was awesome i had the best lobster tail I have ever eaten the steaks were great too..our drinks were right on point the only big issue that I had was that it took ONE HOUR to get our entrees idk if our waitress forgot to put in our order or what but it was very disappointing kudos to the assistant manager (Roger Mireles) who knows of the importance of customer service and hooked up us with a free round of drinks and dessert for everybody.. I would have give it a 5 star but I just can’t due to the wait time it took for our food to be served …

Steak was absolutely up to par, far exceeding my expectations for a steak from the great cuts all the way down to the juicy flavor and tenderness of the steak. Along with the classy drinks and wonderful food, the service was outstanding. Extremely well classed and friendly, the wait service was very attentive and adhered to my needs of food and wines to pair. The management took great care of me as well, came and made me feel I was right at home and made absolute sure I was well taken care of. Definitely would come back and recommend to friends and family!
