My husband and I tried Bob’s for the first time. We eat subs a lot, and the Italian Sub was good, but not the best I’ve eaten. The bread was toasted and this may just be my personal experience, but the bread ripped my gums up. I couldn’t eat the other half of my sandwich due to that. My husband said the salad was impressive, and he liked the potato salad, however he did wish the eggs/celery were in bigger chunks.

Almost a perfect sub sandwich. And they don’t skimp on the meat, I had enough on my sub to make a second sandwich if I wanted. All my sub needed to be the best I’ve ever had was eggs on top ( not sure if they have them or not) highly recommend

Noticed the giant letters “Drive Thru” on the side of the building and figured it was a better option than McDonalds. Pulled up and was very impolitely informed that “it’s a pick up window, not a drive thru and they’re busy right now so I can come inside and order if I want something.”

After giving Bob’s several chances at several locations, I have stopped going to any of them. I have had poor experiences with customer service and quality at other locations. This location was the best and I would stop here when in the area. However last time I was there they messed up my order. Sorry Bob’s, you lost a customer.

I picked this place randomly and it was great! Fast and convenient, my Spicy Italian, Bob’s Way, was excellent. The sandwich was thick, the bread was fresh and crispy, the taste was great. I will definitely be coming back for another soon!
