I love these subs. I went Saturday to pick up 15 subs that were pre ordered for noon. I got there 10 minutes early. One staff member looked at me and never said a word. I proceeded to sit at the counter, and they waited on 8 people before acknowledging me. I finally spoke to them asking what was happening…it was 12:10 and they had ignored me for over 20 minutes at this point. Yes, they were making the order, and I didn’t leave until 12:15. I spent about $150 on one order, and you’d think they would have paid attention to the people in the store. I paid and literally not one word stated to me the entire time. Not even after I paid, no apology for being late, no thanks, etc. Sad state of affairs. I love their subs, but seriously, this was B.S.

They mess up your order literally 100% of the time. I can’t remember the last time I actually got what I ordered from there. Always double check your food before you leave. God forbid you have a food allergy, they’ll basically go out of their way to do the opposite of what you say. What a joke.
