We are a family-owned small country restaurant that has been serving the heart of South Wellfleet, Massachusetts since 1981. We serve a wide variety of classic dishes that will leave you coming back for more.
At Bob’s Sub and Cone Family Restaurant, we offer delicious fresh seafood, fully loaded specialty pizzas, subs, prime rib, and our legendary stuffed lobsters. For dessert, we have amazing soft-serve ice cream, hard scooped flavors, shakes, sundaes, and other savory eats. We also provide daily specials and serve cocktails, beer, and wine. We’re located right off of Route 6 near Marconi beach and we are just off the Cape Cod Rail Trail.

We ordered a chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread, chicken salad on a sub roll, a lobster roll and fish tacos. The lobster roll…at $30…was good. The chicken salad sandwich had a tiny bit of chicken salad and was served on the heel of the bread loaf ( see pic) A plastic clip for a bread bag fell out of the chicken sandwich sub ( see pic) . The fish tacos were odd…lettuce, tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, jalapenos and an orange sauce. The people were friendly, service was good, the place was cute. I wouldn’t eat here for the food though.

The best place for fried seafood around! Homemade coleslaw, home sliced French fries. Been coming here for many years! And yes, the food is served on real plates that are washed and reused so no paper waste!

If I could give a negative Star I would. This place has garbage food and even worse service. All you can smell when you pull up to the restaurant is stale rotten fish. A huge turn off, despite me not wanting to try it, I was with my family and decided to give it a whirl. Wow is all I can say. My husband ordered a Porky 2 sandwich, which usually doesn’t have mushrooms, however my husband’s sandwich has sauteed mushrooms on it. He didn’t realize until about 3 bites in because of all the BBQ sauce. He hates mushrooms and is allergic to them. Side note my steak bomb tasted old and the potato skins, my daughter had were 4 pieces of hard potato shell with little cheese and uncooked bacon for $10.50!! I went to ask for a refund for my husband’s sandwich which he couldn’t eat and now felt sick so didn’t want anything else. I was approached by an employee who was basically yelling, accusing and was completely unprofessional. I asked if she was the manager and what was her name. She told me she wasn’t the manager and how dare I barrade her friend. She said how could my husband not realize that there were mushrooms in his sandwich and basically it was his fault. No apology, nothing. She was completely unprofessional and in my opinion should have been fired on the spot. The assistant manager tried to defuse the situation and was nice enough to apologize. However I would NEVER be back. To all my friends and people visiting AVOID this place at all cause. You will be sick by the food and service. There are plenty of other places to eat that are wayyy better than this place. Oh and Board of Health please visit this place … I’m not even sure if they should be open. From someone that has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years y’all should be ashamed of yourselves.

A different kind of pizza, I think they may use provolone as well as mozzarella, and I’ve always liked that. Crust is excellent – thin and crisp. This pizza would get 5 stars with a minor upgrade in pizza sauce. Would definitely buy again! Service was fast and friendly.

Best fried fish we’ve had here! Had the scallops, lobster, kids had a pizza … Even the salad was great quality. Friendly people. Kids loved the ice cream too.

Was my favorite pizza place on the outter cape, but the other day I placed an order an hour and a half in advance for 1 singular large pizza (that cost $40 btw) and when I went to pick it up they made me wait another 30 minutes saying that they had been flooded with order just recently, well, I sure placed my order a lot longer ago than “just recently” so why is mine not done??? I had ordered the pizza well done but instead the cheese was hardly melted and the dough was not even lightly cooked. Long story short I was 30 minutes late to dinner where I was supposed to bring the food but we threw the awful pizza out and had a bag cape cod chip. Great, thanks!

I went and got a fried fish sandwich for 17,80$ which is pricy for a simple sandwich without drink or fries. We got our sandwich and there was no tomatoes even if we asked for it and the sauce didn’t come in it we had to pour it in the sandwich. Overall, the place is nice but the food is not what I would recommend to go for.

We have been going to Bob’s for years on our annual week on the Cape. The ice cream is good but the seafood especially the lobster is wonderful. The service is good and the owner even makes us his special seafood scampi that’s not shown on the menu. Love their Lobster Pizza!

Got lobster fritters and it was more like bread fritters… Where’s the lobster? Waste of money. Got a cheesecake that was so old, I could barely cut into it. The ice cream is very small and overpriced but everything seems to be super overpriced in Cape Cod. First time here and I think it’s over rated.
