Was burnt and sausage was not ground up like their normal sausage, hardly any layers of cheese and the cheese had crispy burn marks along with burnt crust, not sure why or what happen when I spen 80.11 I should at least expect what I been getting for 20 yrs , I won’t be ordering again .

We have been ordering bobs for nearly 35 years and I was very disappointed today. The pizza had hardly any toppings. The toppings were nearly as thin as the crust. No more Bobs for us. I am saddened that the quality is not what it use to be. I guess all good things must come to an end.

wow. crust so thin, nothing on top now . five items added was just in the middle of the pizza. i been ordering these for over 30 years…ill never pay 30 dollars for this again not worth 5 bucks. what happened to bobs. its in a 16 inch box but is barely 14 inches. someone is going to ruin this business. making money must be better than making good pizza.

After 3 decades, I most likely have ordered my last pizza from Bob’s. From what I have heard, they no longer can obtain the old pizza crust. The new crust is too chewy. Not even close to the original. I have ordered a few pizzas from Bob’s since the crust change, hoping it would improve. It hasn’t. I understand if their hands are tied, but, unless the crust goes back to the way it was, I can’t spend my money on sub par pizza.

Love the pizza but some of the employees are too argumentative. Order the same thing 2-3 times a week for a decade and if they mess up your order they argue with you. It will be a long while before I go back.
