The employees are great. But the food….meh. I purchased two Shrimp tacos…each were $5.95. There were a total of 2 shrimp in each taco. I was shocked. The flavor was ok… but definitely not at all worth the money.

Tried this place out and the food was not that great in my opinion. I got the Boca Fajitas and they were basic and plain with little flavor. Definitely on the bland side which surprised me because fajitas are a staple at most Mexican restaurants.I really enjoyed their salsa the most out of everything. Honestly I probably won’t come back.

Had only been here one other time and went back tonight; got reminded why I hadn’t been here in awhile. Ordered two chicken tacos – barely any flavor and the chicken was dry. Husbands boca burrito was a big hunk of meat and barely any beans or pico. Staff was not very warm or welcoming, neither was the manager, who at multiple times was getting ice from the bin in front of us at the bar and never said hello. Environment was loud and tables/seating areas are very crammed together.

I have loved Boca since forever. Back when they were Rancho de Tia Rosa and then the little taqueria. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. Not only is the food outstanding and they carry Barq’s Red Cream soda, but the service is outstanding. I confess, I am a regular there. Everything I’ve eaten has been phenomenal; the mole is amazing (the only one I eat), the guacamole is fantastic and everything is fresh and made with care. Not a lot of restaurants offer that these days. If you haven’t tried Boca, I recommend it. Even on a busy, chaotic day like Cinco de Mayo, they are calm and collected and the quality never suffers. Eat at Boca!
