Wow. Really impressed with this pizza. Cooked perfectly, dough has that perfect balance of crispy and chewy that you want from a New York style. The toppings combination is really smart here with the Great White Buffalo (Oil base with mozzarella, tomatoes, onions, basil, ricotta dollops, with a balsamic glaze.). This slice hits almost every flavor profile besides spicy (sprinkle on some crushed red pepper and you’re good to go). Very happy I decided to come into town and pick one up.

We got a calzone and the chicken parmigiana for under $40. It tasted delicious, this was the best Italian food we’ve had in the High Country. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Especially if you are from the Northeast and looking to get your quality Italian food fix.

I got the Cesar fries as an app and they did not disappoint. They used “the good” bacon and there was more than just a few pieces. Honestly the portions here are really good, you don’t have to worry about leaving hungry. The ingredients in all of the items are good as well.

We have eaten once and experienced delayed seating even though not full table tops. Sadly, a very nice interior, good good choices…BUT it’s an annoying service approach to hold customers from seating because “the kitchen needs a break to catch up” and guests are forced to sit in the uncomfortable lobby area until the “kitchen catches up”? I would rather be seated with a heads up expectation statement “the kitchen is very busy right now so please excuse a slight delay for food service”. I will NEVER BE BACK.
