Best lobster roll I’ve had on this trip!! Such a great spin on the traditional lobster roll, it really took the flavor to the next level. The owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. Love getting lucky with a find like this where they do an amazing job and really care about what they are doing. Lots of love went into these dishes. Definitely recommend!!

Absolutely the best lobster roll ever. Fresh lobster. Super delicious. Perfect touch of mayo and lemon. The sweet delicate flavor of the lobster meat comes through in a big way. Very generous portion of meat too. Paired so well with the Kolsch the owner recommended. Well done Bosephus, I will be back!

Best Lobster roll I’ve ever had in my 38 years living in New England. The location is small, but very clean and has a stylish and unique decor inside. The outside seating is in a great location with views of the breakwater and boats.

Their lobster roll is out of this world!!!! Since I’ve been visiting the Northeast, I’ve made a point of having a lobster roll EVERY day. Their roll is by far the BEST of all the NE. It’s all about the ingredients: Mayo with a touch of mustard, lemon zest, dill (I think), paprika, creme fraiche, then some celery for crunch nested in bib lettuce. And everything is locally sourced not to mention the FRESH lobster. And the owners……to gracious and nice for words. Don’t miss this wonderful place!

Best lobster rolls in ALL Maine! I love the salad, you can top it with smoked salmon, crab or lobster. The salmon toast’s it’s my aunt’s favourite (she didn’t eat smoked salmon before she tried this toast!). My husband’s favourite is the Italian sandwich. There is something special for everyone! And the owners rock!
