Bock Burger is a family-owned business in Alpine Texas. We make burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches. Each burger is made with local Far West Texas beef and Veldhuizen raw milk cheese on a handmade sourdough bun. Each sandwich comes with an organic side salad with a house made vinaigrette. We make a specialty sourdough pound cake each week.

Looks a bit messy but this burger was extraordinary! I’ve traveled to Alpine many times and this is by far, the best meal I’ve had here. The meat is high quality and the salad was a refreshing compliment to the burger. Lastly, some of the best pickles of my life.

Double cheese burger so yummy! Ok that was the reaction when looking at it but as soon as I bit into it, and was on my last bite….I was so sad I wanted to order another one, omg! My mouth had a burst of flavors that screamed you should have gotten here earlier for the Full Moon…but I waited and it was sold out. This place Rocks and I’ll be back for sure!!!

Great burgers, open “late” (by Alpine standards) and SUPER FAST service (by any standards, especially Alpine). Everything about the hamburger was quality, from meat to bun to veggies. I also love the fact that the burger is accompanied by a side salad rather than fries and you’ve got a meal you can feel good about. Great friendly service. I’ll definitely be hitting them up next time I’m in town. Also, when you order you might check to see if they’ve got any specials. I didn’t find out about their “full moon special” za’atar spiced lamb patty burger until it was too late, when I picked up my order. Gonna consult the lunar phase calendar before my next trip!!!

It’s a little restaurant on the back of a house but trust me it’s worth the stop! 1st the service was so amazing, the were little toys for my kids to play while we waited for food. The food was pricey but so worth it! The salad is so fresh and that burger was the best thing I have had in awhile.
