BocoPOP is a fun place to go for a tea. The tea is wonderful, but the staff is the best part. They are always super friendly and put in extra effort to make sure we love our drinks before we leave. The drive through is a great feature for a drink on the road. I drink too quickly to take a picture of my tea but here’s a cute interaction between a happy four legged customer and a worker.

The best customer service I’ve ever had in my life. Everyone was so kind! The teas were all amazing, the kids, my husband and myself loved all of them. We got the shark attack, a strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping boba, a Thai tea with boba, a honey lavender matcha and a Thai tea with cheese cloud.

So delicious! I always get their thai tea but decided to try their chicken bacon bagel and oh my is it yummy! I’m now even more obsessed and already stop by every time I pass through. Goes without saying here but the service is always so great. I’ve never met such kind staff. You guys always make me so happy and I’m so glad I found you! I would have a better drink picture but couldn’t wait til I got home.

These people are phenomenal. Way to show a new customer that they are incredibly welcome. One, they didn’t take payment until they knew you loved your drink. Two, they make FRESH TAPIOCA PEARLS EVERY TWO HOURS. I’m telling you, you’ll taste and feel the difference. The actually love and care for the experience you will be having. This boba place is one of the best in the area! The specialty drinks on their menu are so unique, and I appreciate that they serve both beverages and food. What really stands out is their customer service. They are so friendly every time we come in, and I really appreciate that they make sure we are happy with the quality and taste of our drinks. They even offer to remake it if needed. The tapioca texture is the best we have found so far in Spokane, it is never overcooked or undercooked. Definitely worth the trip out to Liberty Lake!

This is the best boba in the area by far! The boba is always perfectly cooked and fresh and the drinks are so yummy! I like ordering half sweet because lots of the drinks are pretty sweet. I love the cheese foam tea and peach oolong. The Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea are also excellent! We loved trying the dragonfruit drink pictured. Everyone at Boco pop goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your drink.
