Stopped here for lunch during our Mt. Hood Day Trip from Portland to Multnomah Falls and Hood River. We both had the Ham and Brie Panini, which was outstanding. The corn chowder was also excellent. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and a charming shop made this an outstanding choice. Highly recommended for lunch whilst in Hood River, which itself is a delightful little town.

We love this place! Super friendly & helpful staff serving delicious home-style cooked items. We love the salads and sandwiches but the roasted chicken is divine.

I ordered 15 sandwiches the other day for my travel group. The turkey berry sandwiches were excellent but the tuna and chicken salad wraps had mostly lettuce in them. I can understand raising the price from last year, but to cut back on the quantity that much made it a total rip off and quite frankly an embarrassment.

Excellent meal. The chicken was moist/flavorful and the sides were super tasty. Potato salad, mashed potatoes, quinoa salad and beet salad were easily 5 stars. Friendly staff, great experience!

When you are nowhere near a familiar place and you want something wholesome and nourishing, you can count on this place to deliver. Excuse the flies in the summer, and the limited outdoor seating. But make sure you get in here for a quality meal with no additives or preservatives. They really put love in their food, I could taste it. I was on a tour of the region when I stopped in here for lunch and some wine. I had the Salad Trio Plate. My friend got the gourmet grilled cheese. Nothing synthetic touched my palate. I brought home some hazelnut shortbread and a few bottles of the hot sauce they have there for retail sale too. Check this joint out, maybe consider their catering business too. Really the place to be. Walked away feeling like I supported a great business but also that my body was thankful for giving it nourishment….and vino!

Very delicious artisan crafted food. This place serves quality food made with excellent ingredients. It is not cheap in terms of a typical lunch but the food is nothing typical either. For those not sure of what to eat in Hood River for lunch this place is difficult to beat. Only downside, bathroom is located around the building so you’ve got to go outside to get to it (but that’s pretty typical for some of the Hood River buildings).

Sweet people, the massive charcuteries we ordered for a wedding party was divine! They provided the boards and beautiful serving bowls . Just a “get it back to us in am, dirty dishes are fine..”. We returned them Spock and span…. Thx for the food Boda’s!

They used to have decent prices. More expensive chicken than anywhere around but I appreciated their quality. It used to be $7 for 2 pieces of dark or white meat, your choice. Now it’s $8.75 and you can only get a thigh and a breast, no option for just dark or just white meat. I never bought a whole rotisserie chicken there before but $32 is ridiculous. I don’t know how blue collar locals can afford this bougie trap for the gorge’s 1%. They’ve lost my business.

Excellent food at good prices. They have a good variety of healthy food options as well as a great selection of beer and wine. The place is very clean and has a modern interior. The staff are friendly and it seems to be a very popular place with Hood River locals. Service is fast and portions are price appropriate. Excellent choice for to go or dine in meals. Highly recommend.
