So delicious! I’d been wanting to try this place for quite some time. Got the Polish Platter so I could taste multiple items and all were so yummy! I will be back!

Food was great, just a week after i returned from a short trip to Poland. The kielbasa, potato pancakes, bean stew, and cabbage stuffed with beef were notably good.

we love pierogi’s so we called to make sure they were open and had pierogi’s. but when we got there, the older woman behind the cash register refused to even look at us. She kept talking (in Polish) with another woman who kept staring at us disapprovingly. It is a very small, old looking interior, there were no other customers. we waited and waited.

Bless this Maine gem. Was raised with a polish background in Chicago as a kid and live in the sticks up by Bangor now. I come down to Portland semi often and will stop by each time from now. Great legit home cooked Polish food in a cozy environment. 11/10

I was fooled by the reviews. I came all the way from Augusta. By far the worst Polish deli I have ever wasted my time in. Minimum selection, long waits for food, expensive for what you don’t get and the owner is rude. Want kielbasa? Go to your local butcher instead. Pierogis? I’m an amateur but what I make at home are better. Buy them frozen. I’d give the place a zero if that choice was available. Never again…

I’ve lived in Portland my whole life and can’t believe I’ve passed by this place so often and never stopped in to try it before now. Fantastic food!! You can’t beat the price and it came out quickly too! Super cozy atmosphere and the owner has a bunch of other polish snacks/foods/drinks that you can buy as well. I had the golabki and it was so filling. I couldn’t even finish it but it was so good. Definitely will be coming back to this hidden gem.

A genuine Polish deli with a nice variety of Pierogi. The blueberry and cheese Pierogi are fantastic. They have lots of fun treats like Vodka filled confections too.
