Oh man where to begin, place was 100 degrees easily indoors, as if nobody planned on any customers showing up, I surprised both of the staff behind the counter with my presence and the literally only had chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, fries, and pinto beans.

The store manager really needs to do a better job. I arrived today at 910am to the drive through with three other cars in line. We waited for about 8 minutes with no response from anyone inside before giving up, parking and going inside. There we found one poor worker managing the register, the kitchen, and the drive through by himself. No manager or other staff helping this young man but he kept his calm and trying to stay positive. Over all it 40 minutes to get my food and leaves. I appreciate the young worker who is sticking it out and trying his best. The store manager really needs to do a better job and learn from his/her employees.

First timer. Ordered the Cajun Chicken Filet. The fries were great- I love seasoned fries. They taste unique so it’s not a copy cat if other stores. The biscuit on the sandwich is harder than I like, but the filet is a good size for the price. It’s seasoned well. I love how the sauce pack is as big as your palm. Also, shoot out to Sherry(?), for making my first time visit a positive experience. Great consumer service!

This place needs to close. They never have food but will make you wait, take your money, and then tell you that and you have to wait for a refund. I was running behind schedule and now even later, haven’t eaten and won’t have time to get food elsewhere….plus I have an unnecessary charge on my card now. In my last two trips, they either didn’t have bread, chicken, or the oven wasn’t on.

Went to this location at 12pm and waited in line at the drive thru for 20 min after ordering my food. It was only three cars ahead of me . When it was turn at the window I just kept going without getting the food. It sad that you have to go way out to get good service

These people must not really care about having a job as the African American young lady working the window on 8/8 around 5:15-30 PM needs a training on proper food handling techniques! This girl hands me a box with cold fries and then when I spoke of the issue she LIED stating the fries were just cooked as if I don’t know what hot fries should look or smell like! The African American guy with dreads who took my order and money promised me a new fresh large fry only to be given rushed half cooked fries! If you can avoid this restaurant please do as they don’t seem to want business! As a matter of fact they need to go ahead a close as I’m sure most people on the Branch Avenue corridor would not care! Close this place down and put something there to offer consistent service! Will not be returning!

Terrible experience this morning. First of all the price on the menu says 3.99 get to the window and it’s 5.49. THEN…I almost ate the bug that was on my biscuit. Not EVER returning to this location.

Food over or under cooked. Cashier is also sandwich maker. Doors locked, drive thru speaker broke, you have drive up to make order and wait. Cashier is very polite, but he needs more food training,and you need to have enough staff to operate.

Chicken tenders are tiny but tasty. Fries were ok but could have been cooked more. Biscuits were good. No ice for the legendary ice tea. Also, it was legendary nasty!

I showed up at 12:30 in the middle of the day to get lunch. I am a plumber and have a very tall work van so I need to come inside to order. The doors were locked. It’s really disappointing because I love Bojangles but the doors are locked and when I do come to this one, the service is very slow I thought bojangles cared about their customer service but it has obviously gone downhill since I worked there.
