Been very pleased with this Bojangles and a little bit addicted to their Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuit. Their biscuits are better than other fast food places, so much so that I had to bring my brother and his family when they were visiting. And I really like the way they make their bacon, it’s always a little bit crispy. The customer service at this location has noticeably improved over the last year–it’s quick, friendly, and accurate.

When I ordered a family meal, was told they didn’t have enough breasts cooked, and it would be 9 minutes. I decided to wait and was offered a drink. The restaurant was very clean and workers very cordial. Highly recommend!!

Nice lunch. The fried chicken sandwich was a bit dry but the rest hot and delicious. Like the green beans as a side to balance out the fried chicken. The guy taking our order was super friendly and patient.

Hello, Mrs. Hagler here.The staff at Bojangles on Abby St in Charlottesville VA saved what could have been a bad ending for our family vacation. We stopped for a quick breakfast on our way home from Shenandoah Crossing. After we were 91 miles further down the highway I realized that I had left my purse somewhere. We called the resort we visited and also Bojangles. The manager came on the phone immediately and told us that my purse had been found and that he had it in his office. I am so grateful for the honesty and integrity of the staff and appreciate you all so much. By the way, the sausage gravy biscuits were delicious.

I walked in, no one else in line. A guy behind the counter saw me and walked away, said nothing. Came back out, saw me again and turned around and walked away. Then a different guy came out and asked to help me, to which I said I was picking up an online order. That order ticket was right next to where the original guy who ignored me was standing, so he had seen my online ticket but said nothing to anyone. So I had to stand there while my order was started. The lady who helped me at the end was very nice.
