I had the worst experience at this bojangles. They do not treat customers in the store properly. They will make the customers that are inside wait a long time. While they only handle the customer in the drive thru. The manager Adrianna (I think that’s her name) had no control of her staff. The young lady at the front counter was very disorganized, slow, and really didn’t know what she was doing. I had 3 meals (2-3 piece wing and a 2 piece meal) in my order and waited over 25 mins after it took about 10-15 mins to order. A person that ordered 16 pieces at the drive thru 15mins into me waiting got their food before me. The entire time I waited there was fresh chicken ready. This horrible experience didn’t stop there…I got home and there was hair in one of the orders. I didn’t even attempt to contact them as I don’t want to get food from them again. Do not go to this store. Corporate needs to hold stores accountable for the customer service inside the establishment as well

Bojangles’ food is pretty decent. Sadly, their service is literally the worst in the fast food industry. This one, in particular, is staffed by some of the rudest people I’ve met. Exception – Kaya, who does a good job and is fast and efficient. Very bad experience with Serenity, and when I complained, she literally laughed. Co-owner John was there and seemed downtrodden and like he doesn’t have great management over the attitudes of his employees. Restaurant is a bit dirty; not terrible. Dead bugs in the lights. Convenient location and good parking.

Not exaggerating on the one start for food. I ordered a 4 piece supremes dinner and got TWO CHICKEN TENDERS…. Tenders so small I had to struggle to find them under the bed of cold fries that were in my box. The service… I’m not even sure where to begin. After you leave someone sitting at drive through screen for 7 minutes and 32 seconds you don’t come on the mic and say “Welcome to Bojangles I’m ready when you are” because you CLEARLY were not. I’m not sure if the employees were worse or the manager was at this point. If you’re in the mood for chicken you should probably try your hand somewhere else because THIS AINT IT!

I went in for a chicken biscuit. I came out with a chicken biscuit. I wasn’t looking for fine dining or the most magnificent fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits in the south. Bojangles is just one of those things where you know exactly what you’re going to get and that’s just nice sometimes. It scratches a particular itch.

Very frustrating going through drive thru and when trying to use Apple Pay you are told by a manager that you have to come inside to use that form of payment they don’t accept it In drive thru. Why doesn’t your machine disconnect so you don’t inconvenience the customer? I gave a 3 star because the food and hospitality is much better during the week versus the weekend

I ordered a 4 piece supreme meal and ONLY RECEIVED 2 pieces, some cashier named “Diamond” seems like she doesn’t know how to take orders or check the order before sending it out the window.

I’ve been to a lot of Bojangles over the years but this one had the freshest, hottest, and most perfectly seasoned biscuits I’ve had yet! The chicken was juicy and everything was overall very fresh. Bathrooms were clean too!
