As much as I enjoy Bojangles, this particular location failed to hit the mark. The chicken was very good but the fries were overdone and rubbery service was not great. Barely tolerable is a better description. The restaurant was not clean.

At time of visit the kitchen heat was flowing out into the dinning room because the fans for the kitchen was broken it seemed like. Took way too long to complete my order. (Probably because of the heat) I’m sure it would be a lot better experience next time I go.

Friendly service. The dining room is VERY dirty. Floors haven’t swept or mopped in a long time. Tables have crumbs and dirt/grease that have been there a LONG time. Floor in front of the drink machine was sticky and dirty. Surfaces in dining room are filthy. If the public areas are this dirty, I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. I did take pictures if anyone cares. I’ve been to other BJ locations and I’ve never seen one this disgusting.

Well 2nd time going in there and the first time I waited for about 15 minutes for a 3 PC and 2 sides which it was pretty decent for the food. Went in after a shower and waited for over 15 minutes if not longer for 2 sides just 2 sides mac n cheese and green beans. Most things I saw on the front line was mainly people talking to each other behind the counter and just not giving a world about the customers in front. Really showes how much customer friendly Bojangles really is. But I will say this…if it wasn’t for the manager noticing me standing there I probably would have waited for over 30 minutes waiting on my 2 sides. Front cashiers for the inside Drive through the manager freaking awesome . But other than that it was ok not the best experience but it is ok.

I have been to BoJangles here in Franklin several times when their Southern Chicken Sandwich is a big, meaty good sized piece of chicken. But today, as other times, they must run out of the good chicken and I am served a flat, tasteless breaded piece of chicken that is obviously different the other times. I think that it is pretty low for a restaurant to do and wonder if anyone else has noticed that there. Also, the fries were cold and the ice tea had a terrible after taste. Very disappointed today, but this trend has been apparent before with the chicken. Never had that at KFC.

I just went here to get dinner. Two of my four chicken tenders were rock hard. This Bojangles has not been good for a long time. I have consistently gotten cold fries my last few trips. When I asked the worker for hot fries, she brushed off my request. I’m not sure who they working in here these days but it’s lightyears from the crew that was there when they first opened.

Customer service is terrrrrible in the evenings , the black girl at on register made feel like it’s a crime to spend my money. She complained the entire time about wanting a new job and it showed ! The group of flies look more happy
