Well I order my food The guy on I had a hard time even understand what I was saying I said lettuce he said tomato but it was pretty clear that I wanted a chicken sandwich with the season fries I pull around there’s one car in front of me and they’re doing some work outside he tells me he gives me my tea I pay for it ask me to pull over in to a parking lot and he’ll bring me my food out and there was nobody else there well I weighed about 6 or 7 minutes and I get my food he said he put some bo biscuits in there for me just as extra and I said thank you he was very nice employee very respectful very kind asked if I needed anything else I thanked him and I left and I drove 40 minutes home and realize that I wasn’t even giving a sandwich I was giving a two-piece chicken dinner and the only reason I drove out of my way to go to Bojangles tonight was for the season fries on top of that it’s 45 minutes away and I went 10 minutes out of my way to go there so I’m extremely frustrated right now The only thing good about that visit was the kindness of the employee maybe he was being too kind to notice that the food was that wrong I don’t know

Stopped in Martinsville for breakfast on a Saturday morning on our way home. Ordered a sausage, egg, & cheese, A large Bo-round and a tea. My brother ordered a chicken biscuit, dirty rice, and a tea. The guy filling the orders read the ticket to clarify and the order was incorrect. We straightened it out, but my brother got a large Bo-round instead of his rice. No complaints about the food, it was hot and tasty. But I feel bad that between the order taker and the Manager filling orders, they couldn’t get our simple order right.

I go here all the time but today might be my last. I can’t stand raw bacon so I always ask for crispy. They never get it right. I ask them today to put it back on the grill and they did not. I don’t mind waiting for my food as long as it’s right. I’ve been told that the regional manager has told the employees not to make the bacon crispy. I probably won’t be back until I see I sign ‘Now Making Crispy Bacon’.

Food not quality poor!!! Fries soggy and oily, biscuit hard and old. Supreme just okay for $20 I should have got a lot better but you can tell the workers were playing, laughing, giggling and having a good time so I shouldn’t have expected much more. Even when taking my order it was giggling, one takes their position serious now… So sad!!! Spend money get garbage

food was better than average. the people here when i came tonight are friendly and take care of you. i had something missing from my order and was super quick to fix it and a nice change around here actually apologizing for the incovience. mya is super nice, energetic and seems to care about this job. she really stands out.

The food at Bojangles is delicious! I can’t give a 5 star rating because when we went thru the drive thru they said it’d be 20 minutes before the dirty rice was ready and we should pull in to a certain parking spot. We did. They FORGOT about us! After 30 mins my husband went inside to find out what was going on. It was a disappointment as far as service goes. They should have thrown in a free side!
