We come here very often. The food used to be really good but recently it has gone down hill. The past 3 times the fries have not been completely cooked (Still chewy). My Carolina gold sandwich had 2 bottom buns. And this time instead of fries I got dirty rice which was good but just half a cup. I hope this gets better.

Ordered the low carb plate. Specifically asked for “shredded cheese” on my eggs. Who asks for “squirt cheese” on eggs? Yuk. Got to my truck and there’s my eggs with “squirt cheese ” like you put on nachos. Couldn’t eat my eggs. Nice folks working there. But trouble in the kitchen unfortunately

Today I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a 3 piece chicken tenders combo with fries and a large sweet tea. Instead, I got 2 tiny pieces of chicken( which was mainly breading) , and I’m guessing some sort of rice and green beans. I only found this out when I was halfway home when I felt something leaking in my lap. The lid to the green beans was not closed and leaked through the box onto my pants. This has happened was to many times to count.

Going through the drive-thru, what we ordered was a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato and what we got was bacon on bread. We did order fries and they were very under cooked! Rest of order was correct. This was not noticed until we arrived home. We returned to Bojangles and talked to the manager who replaced the fries and a chicken sandwich with wilted lettuce. She did not offer anything for our inconvenience of traveling 30+ minutes round trip..she did apologize but didn’t seem overly concerned! I would love to show you the pictures! I did put the pictures on the website.

I had written off all Bojangles after three bad experiences at three different restaurants. Decided to give them a try once more. This one made up for the bad ones. The chicken Supremes were very good, the biscuits were awesome, the fries were ok (I think they had been sitting there quite a while, hence the 4 star rating). Also, the tea is really good.

We ordered breakfast and my sandwich had no cheese. I brought the sandwich back to the counter and the lady making sandwiches insisted she put cheese on my sandwich then I was brought a piece of cheese to put on my sandwich. If I wanted to make my own breakfast, I would have eaten at home. I asked them to remake my sandwich. No apology offered by the staff, just attitude. The staff at this location often acts bothered and are rude.

Used to be the fastest place to get food at the lake but not anymore. You’re always asked to “pull to the stop sign” to wait every time I go there. I went to the drive-through tonight at 7:40 and was informed there would be a 15 minute wait on chicken. So I asked if they had chicken sandwiches and tenders already cooked to which she replied “yes we do”. So instead of waiting I went for the sandwiches. And still had to wait 15 minutes to get my food and the order was completely wrong. If I had known that I would’ve just ordered what I wanted or went elsewhere. A restaurant completely based around chicken, that doesn’t have any chicken. Blows my mind

Horrible experience this morning. Ordered for curbside delivery. Was there on time and it was about 10 minutes later when I finally was walking in and someone was bringing it out. Drive through was moving fast. But WORST of all, took out my napkins only to find lip gloss on one of them.

Best Fried chicken sandwiches ANYWHERE, no doubt! Outside if that, scrutinize your orders on drive thru, n because 8x out of 10, they screw up. If the Bo Chicken sandwiches weren’t so addictive, I’d never return. Meals are, and most especially, sides, are not cheap for the amount, but they really are mouthwatering good.

Our dine in experience was good. The biscuits did not crumble. They were better than the biscuits at the Rocky Mount VA. Bojangles located Marketplace Drive and Old Franklin Turnpike.
