Customer Service that seems to be standard today. No smile or greeting and when I left I said thank you and have a good day and I only got a blank stare. While I was in Dining Room eating you could hear staff complain and yell at each other. Food was what I expected nothing great but it worked, would have been better if was hot.

Never go again. Every time you go they have nothing. You order no explanation as to why. Every single time. My son picked up for us we had water for our combos . No fries no sauce in our order. Food dried out as been sitting all day . As he waited for like 30 minutes. We live 20 minutes away. I tried calling no answer. Do I drove up there . No customers inside or At drive thru . Was told they short staffed. I see they all doing nothing. I asked for money back. As I got. No customer service at all. They were all rude . Not to say I wasn’t. But that’s my money. But I will never return. To that location. As I said not just 1 time . But every single time . Especially after 6 or 7 pm.

We were traveling and planning on taking a meal to my daughter’s large family. I ordered 2 twenty piece family meals from about 45 minutes away and told them when I would be there. I was about 5 minutes late but, the food was hot and ready to go on time when I got there. Very polite nice workers. Very helpful. The meal was enjoyed very much. Food was average… we sat in the drive thru line for 28 minutes waiting on our food. We live 30 minutes away when we opened our tailgate box we were missing one side. When I called up there they told me I could drive up to pick it up. Yeah I paid for it… I declined and am planning on not returning.

Slow service, but they were trying as hard as they could. Food was good. I’ve never had Bojangles before, so this was a 1st time for me. Had the cajun chicken biscuit w tots n got a sweet potato pie too.

I went through the drive thru to which the cashier as always tells me to pull up. She said that they had to drop bo rounds, and that’s all we were waiting on.. I waited 20 minutes and watched so many cars go through with no hesitation. I pulled back to the window and asked if my order was ready. The same cashier said, “Let me check. I then see her make my order. Not only was I forgotten about but my order was wrong. As always. Do not recommend… always something with this one.

Every time I stop here it gets worse and worse. The ceiling and drink area are disgustingly dirty and the service gets slower and slower. This last time the chicken was old and multiple orders were held up. Unfortunate as this location is a good one.

Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food joint. The mens bathroom is the most disgusting and neglected I’ve seen in any “establishment” (if you can call it that) and not stocked with a single piece of bath paper.

The building and area surrounding it was fairly new. The Bojangles was very clean inside. Service was a bit slow for being very quiet inside. I suspect it was one person causing the slowdown. The food was very good and super fresh.
