Orders were made incorrectly, not just mine but other customers. I chose to wait until my order was done and still wasn’t corrected. Had to return a 2nd and 3rd time! I knew it was hectic, but it is no excuse to receive customer service and the server gets upset because you correct them. What ever happened to customers are always right?

The young man in the drive thru was polite and none of this was his fault. I do not generally make reviews but this was absolutely terrible. I’ll keep it short. Ordered my combo which they inevitably messed up. But before I figured that part out… I waited in the drive thru for 16 mins. I paid and asked for a honey mustard to which he said that will be 42 cents… Really? Btw look up the article about this particular establishment. Do not eat there.

After a long day of work, we were asked to wait patiently for 5 minutes for some fresh food. As a full time manager in a food service industry, I understand just how important customer service can be along with food. We waited a bit extra, VERY patiently, and then greeted by a manager offering us a complimentary meal combo for the wait. Thank you, your food is delicious, and so is your service to your customers, cheers!

This Bojangles is designed for quick order. You can turn off Lewisville Rd into the Bo’s from both directions. Bathrooms and order are right inside the door. Order ahead and pick up in store is simple. I was impressed by speed with which we received our order. Good job Bojangles with this design.

This used to be a standard stop for my daughter and I, but over the past couple months the service has really went downhill, to the point we stopped going. The catalyst event occurred a couple weeks ago when they forgot our order and we were literally the only customers in the store. At least four workers, goofing off the whole time standing around drinking Bojangles drinks, and a janitor who hung around in the corner playing on his phone.

Would give zero stars if I could. EVERY time I come here the food is never fresh. Fries were so hard I couldn’t eat them and it wasn’t full. It’s a shame this place is the closest to my job. DONT SERVE PEOPLE SOMETHING YOU WOULDNT EAT!!
