Service was slow. We did come in with a huge group but furthermore, I should not see attitudes flowing through the kitchen at all. I work in a fast food environment therefore I understand how hard it can be with huge amount of people, but instead of not moving fast, not paying attention the wait was even longer when it really shouldn’t have been. Mobile orders taking longer than walk ins, but big props to this lady with blonde hair she was being so patient!! And I definitely did not get my refund.

The cashier was super nice. The food and getting it was not good at all. I got my food through the drive through brought it back in for some hot fries. I didn’t end up with hot fries cause it was taking so long, I had leave to go back to work. This is the third time that the food has been crappie. This is also the 3rd time I have given the benefit of the doubt. I understand being short staffed but this is ridiculous.

Just not able to get it right. Tenders ok but they sold us tiny pieces instead of the whole tender. Gave us the wrong tea. Beans were mostly water. Rice was bland. Biscuits were excellent.

Food is good and staff is friendly when and if they acknowledge you due to being understaffed. Half the time the doors are locked. I wabt to like and support this location but have been disapoiunted too many times to go back.

Horrible experience!! They have a unprofessional crew, who mock, joke around and do not take their job serious. I made two trips to this Bojangles and they screwed up the orders both times. There was a bunch of young staff taking the orders, packing the orders, and there are young people in the management position. My fries were half full, my cinnamon biscuits were not made properly, my sweet potato pie was messed up and packaged horribly, and I when I came both times, I went inside I had to wait 30 minutes. They need some professional, qualified, and mature workers. I will not be giving them my service any longer.

Tried to order from the Drive Thru tonight only for the recording at the drive thru speaker to tell me the place was closed and to come back another time so I left even though it looked like the inside of the store was full of employees and it being a little over an hour before closing. I check DoorDash for something to order and this same location was accepting orders on there until 9:30 (and not through the Drive-Thru for some reason). I don’t know what was going on, but the fact that I had to place a DoorDash order just to get food from this location that I was just at physically but was told was closed was extremely suspicious. I was really craving bojangles after a really long day at work and wanting to test to see if my DoorDash order would go through which is why I did it…lo and behold the order did go through and I got it delivered within 20 minutes. Customers shouldn’t have to be dropping more $$ just to get their food like this. I could have waited if they were in the middle of cooking or something. Also the posted hours say closing time is at 10pm and the recording was going off when I came a little before 9pm. Corporate needs to intervene and deal with this. This is straight up deception and not a good look for the company. Place is only getting 2 stars because the food at least tasted good.

Sat in the drive-through for 40 minutes, two cars were served. There were only four customers inside the restaurant, no clue how many workers… This location should not open its doors if they do not have enough workers to run. I will never come back to this location. What is the point of having a double drive-through? If you can never have it open and each car sits for 15 minutes before somebody even speaks to them.

Literally ice cold raw chicken, this place is trying to kill you do not go there. I work in restaurants so I understand taking short cuts when you are busy, but raw chicken is unacceptable and will get someone sick. I always get trash service at Bojangles and this was the last straw. Will never be back.

Excellent new Bojangles location with the most modern design I have seen. This location features double drive throughs, ordering kiosks, ample ♿ handicap accessible seating, parking, and restrooms and it is so clean. Come here for the amazing chicken sandwiches like the Cajun Filet, the chicken supremes, the best fries around that need no condiment, and one of the best breakfasts around.
