Still not ready to give them a higher rating after being turned away after a manager decided to close the dining room during the breakfast rush. She did that several times and the staff just sat round the tables gossiping while the drive thru backed up. Apparently she’s no longer there, but it’s hard to forget that rude behavior especially from someone who is supposed to be a leader.

Went here on break for 2 sandwiches The drive was empty. Sat there for 10 mins no order taken, went inside another 10 mins with nobody in site, got my 2 sandwiches they were both wrong didn’t even give me the right sandwichs, asked for no tomatos gave me tomatoes. Wow spent 12 dollars and after looking at what they gave me I should have spent like 8 dollars

We ordered the Bo Chicken BLT combo and asked for the same sandwich only without the combo, we were charged for and received just the plain Bo chicken sandwich with only pickles. This proves the person taking orders must listen to the customer. The food was great that we received though the order wrong. This restaurant is among the fast food chains trying to save money by skimping on sugar in the sweet tea. Note to manager… if I wanted unsweetened tea or only a smidgeon of sugar, then I would order unsweetened tea and adjust to my taste myself. I advise against buying the tea at this location until the manager is all in on sweet tea being a quality product. We ended up throwing the entire glass of tea away.

Was told they didnt have time to cook supremes, and when asked are you serious, the lady walked off n got someone else to take our order. Then the manager stated to me from the back if I had a problem with them not cooking supremes I could put in an application myself!!! Wow just wow 5 people working and you dont have a way to drop food in a fryer that takes 6 min to cook but you drop fries and cook pintos….
